  1. Cool marble, Chad - like they say . . . "V" is for Peltier. lol
  2. Nice, this is the second one I've ever seen, and given that, I'm not too sure you'll find one much closer.
  3. I'm having a tough time ruling out Ravenswood.
  4. A lot of nice marbles, Joep, but these two really caught my eye.
  5. You sure do take great pics, Gladys!
  6. I'm going to go in a little different direction for my Sunday best today. A reverse Jasper, just over 3/4" . . . I really like this marble - not too easy to find.
  7. That is a great piece, thanks for showing it!
  8. Dang brother, that's a sweet marble! I have one around here somewhere but I think the base is a lot milkier than yours - beautiful mib!
  9. Jabo or Alley is my guess too.

    .65 Akro?

I think we're talking about the same thing. And I am really on the fence about this one - I could see it being an odd Akro too.
  12. This is very nice. Thank you for sharing it. It's interesting to me that the finger notch in the wooden header apparently doesn't go all the way through it.
  13. The spiral is really nice, WIlliam! The second one looks a lot like a Vitro Tiger Eye to me.
  14. I think Akro and Master both made the blue on yellow combo. I also think you can tell them apart. But, of course, I could be wrong.

    .65 Akro?

I don't think a bit of striping or 'swirling' in a Peerless patch is all that uncommon.
  16. I think of wire-pulls as having more distinct striping, and usually just one or maybe a couple of stripes wandering through the matrix. Yours would be transparent swirls in my world.

    Halloween?

Quite a few of these can be found in Champion Jr. poly bags.

    CAC ?

That's what I thought too - to me, it looks like a melted pontil with a chip out of it.
  19. And I am forever grateful to Ron, Nola and Bill for inviting me to dig for a couple of days. It was the thrill of a lifetime, for sure!
