It might be Kokomo, but when it is so similar to many Peltier marbles, I would not ID it as such from pics. I would want to see it in hand, and compare it to known examples. Kokomo made very very few marbles compared to Peltier and I think too many people are too fast and loose with Kokomo IDs. I guess I am just more conservative in that respect.
