  1. This one looks more like a swirl than a slag to me, although I have no idea who might have made it - could be one of a few different company's, IMO.
  2. I am leaning Ravenswood for this one.
  3. Nice bit of sleuthing!
  4. I think you got into a group of patches that are not American made.
  5. It sorta looks Vitro but I think it may not be American.
  6. It's a corkscrew, just a little lazy.
  7. I also agree with Rainbo.
  8. It looks off for Vitro to me. I think it may not be American.
  9. Yup, it's a newer Vitro All Red.
  10. @VaMarbles I think that last marble you showed is special. I'd love to see a photo of it with strong backlighting - is it translucent, a submarine maybe? Sure looks it to me.
  11. Nice looking marble, it's giving me German vibe - I'm not used to seeing that much striping glass submerged on a CAC.
  12. A few of Billy's good ones. Are these Moody Blues? . . . his marbles & photo

    Alley or RW?

    That might be a Heaton.
  14. Maybe El Aguila? I don't think it's American.
  15. I think this also is not an American marble - maybe an old Vacor?
  16. I do not think that is an American marble.
  17. @schmoozer Nice find, Brad! I think some people refer to the spotty ones as "end of days" - I'm not crazy about it. And I'd probably refer to it as paneled rather than lobed.
  18. I like the rich colors too - some folks refer to this specific combination as "Pepsis".
  19. The fact that the header, bag and tag are in excellent condition and that Cub Scouts are less common than Bumble Bees may have something to do with it. In general, I think the Rainows have more value than the Cat's Eyes or purees, but sometimes in does depend on the mix of marbles in the bag.

    Ravenswood?

    I'm thinking maybe Champion.
  21. I think it's probably Akro, like Art said.
  22. It's a slag - looks sorta Peltier to me.

    Jabo?

Maybe JABO but it looks more like a Vacor to me.
