  1. Couple more pics of the box. Measures 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" x 1 3/4" (just under). Retailer stamp on the back.
  2. Belated but the wishes still count. Dave
  3. Box looks good. Is there a sticker in the bottom? I have one here with 33 handmades 5/8" in it. Just got back from a buying trip and it's 1:30 am so I will get some pics of the box tomorrow. Marbles look like Bullets to me as well.
  4. While I was 99.9% sure these were good. After seeing some Bulgarians inhand today I am now 100% sure they are the real deal. They are nothing alike. Different glass and textures all day long. I have sold 4 of these in the past 15 years as well have consigned several through Alan. Just pretty old marbles here.
  5. Guess mentioning size might help. The mainly ox one just reaches 13/16" the other two are a tad smaller. More input please.
  6. Always open to advice and input. The more the merrier. I don't want to offer them up if they aint right.
  7. Went to look at this one a couple of weeks ago just because I was close and it was Corks and some handmades. Passed because the condition of both was subpar. 4th Akros I have seen here. Vitro rules the U.S imports I have come across so far. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VINTAGE-SOLID-WOOD-GLASS-MARBLE-SOLITAIRE-BOARD-/141413175956?pt=UK_Toys_Games_Games&hash=item20ece1d294
  8. No accent at all Steph. Not even any "aboots" or "ehs" as you Americans seem to think about Canadians hehe. Roundabouts are a real great idea and save tons of time and effort in most cases. When things get busy they are a real pain in the ass though. The ones in London are nuts. I'm in Gloucester and it has a world famous one. Do a search for "Gloucester Rabbit Roundabout" and you can see. There are dozens and dozens of the little buggers.
  9. Last one. Batteries died at the end but you can get the gist. Blue base again I think.
  10. LOL I was born here so I can poke as much fun at Engalnd as I want. Don't get me started on how skinny the roads are. It's scarey.
  11. If you can get used to hot and cold water coming out of different taps you might make it here. You need to decide if you want to freeze your hands or burn them to splash water on your face or rinse your toothbrush. I will say that for one of the cradels of civilization this is one backward assed country. Everything is really expensive as well.
  12. Clyde was one cool bean. Sad sad new indeed. He will be missed.
  13. I left this group at my sisters cuse I have been all over the place since I got here. She is coming for dinner on Friday so I'll get her to bring them with her. If not I will be there on Saturday and bring them back.
  14. You got it 4 , 4 and 5 pics. First is a healthy just over 1" second is 15/16" and the third is 15/16 as well.
  15. I'm setting up seether71-uk as soon as my NIN ( same as your SIN#) comes in and I can list on the bay. No Corks over here so lots coming in a couple of weeks. Including a very cool and rare green and yellow Wirepull. Only the third one I have seen. I do have lots of nibbled Wirepulls LOL. As well as around 100 lbs or more of Catseyes. Seriously I have thousands of the things. Think I will goof around with them and make some tiles or glue them to my Mums giant concrete garden Mushroom.
  16. Thanks. I'm a little shocked they are in pretty good shape. Not sure why they made them with such soft glass? Many of the ones I sorted are really quite beat up with moons.
  17. I'll say Joseph as well. Just not a colourful one.
