What surprises me is that none popped on the surface. There are no bubble pops that I can find.

I think they look pretty good for CAC, if not they would have to be a contemp made in their style. Galen where are ya?

So I was snowed out of work yesterday and decided to re-sort some bo's. I have overlooked this little beauty in the past due to some as mades and slight wear. Somehow always missed the chocolate base. I posted this elsewhere hoping that others could tell me how htf these are and if they have a proper name. Reminds me of a Tootsie roll. lol It is totally opaque and not at all like my muddies. It is a true chocolate color. I thought I might get some light through, but not even a little.

I no longer have the shooters of my childhood, however here is someones favorite shooter that I aquired. It has tons of character and will remain with my Alley collection always.

Nope...sure don't and I have some with no seam as well. I notice the one odd colored one in the last pic...top of the pic left of center. I also have this color variation. they on their own look exactly as they should but amongst the rest they look different, were they made at a different period or were they a drift from the norm?

That is nice! A color I have yet to find, along with red! Did find an aqua a month ago in the wild with a nice stripe of Oxblood, but no black ones.

I would say Master. If I am remembering correctly the red ones are a little harder to find.

1-4 and the key tie in fact that they are a part of history. They have stories to tell of a past time that need be remembered. Not to mention my personal history of playing marbles as a child, tho admittedly that was in the 70's and by then it was not nearly as popular as the days past.

Is it blue, orange and yellow?

I prefer to recieve marbles individually wrapped and then wrapped together and taped. The box filled with bubble wrap to limit movement. Should I ever ship, this is how I will do it. While some may think it overboard, it does not take much effort and reduces possible damage and or complaints.

They look Master from here. Nice Masters from what I can tell.

Master sunburst often have large areas of coverage...very patch like..but are not refered to as such. It would be easier if you just posted a pic of what you do have. There are Akro popeye patches and some Vitro phantom conqs that might be confused if someone did not know the difference. Both of which have a patch and white filliments.

They can look similar but usually Akro are brighter colors and more colors. it is easier to show pics than to explain. The first two are Sparklers, the second Sparkler is of the darker variety. The second group of two, Master.

Picked this drizzle up in Vegas last week. The drizzle surrounds the whole marble, kinda cool.

I am not much of a contemporary collector but like to pick up a few from those Artists whom I meet. Rich showed up at Vegas and turned out to be a super nice guy.....high energy and always with a smile. While he had more colorful and a bunch of cool marbles I found myself drawn to these few.
