    Burt, is the teal on your opaque or transparent? I've been picturing it as transparent. If it's solid like Terry's looks then I gotta erase most of what I said above.

    I never understood why spinach was used as an example of a horrible thing you force children to eat. I've been a spinach fiend since my Gerber days.

    This is one of those which puzzles me. I don't see it as being part of a Tri-Onyx Agate run (i.e., not an intentional Popeye). But what _would_ Akro have called it? I don't have a clue.

    Akro sold both patches and swirly/corky marbles under the Moss Agate name. What Akro called Aces is different from what most collectors call Aces. And this does look like what people would call an Ace.

    Looks like one which I would call a Moss Agate. But I'm going to guess that your fellow Akro collectors will agree upon calling it an Ace. If it has fire inside then maybe it's a true Akro company Ace, but that's a strange color for a true Ace. Odd. But nice odd.

    Cilantro is heavenly for me. And I used to skip school to go buy apples. Crunching into an apple is one of my favoritest things to do -- I don't do it often enough. .... so I guess I must not have that particular gene.

    I'd say mostly/only a thing with hand gathered. Not sure there's been enough attention paid to it on corks for the feature to get a name. But maybe someone who's not blanking on it can come up with a name off the tip of their tongue.
