  1. Cool! That's a great question. Maybe Ric will know. If he doesn't check in soon, or doesn't know, I know a couple of people I could email.
  2. In the first picture I thought it was going to be a coffin. O_o Fun find. "Japan" labels almost always make me smile.
  3. I haven't seen Bob's most recent book. I still want to. There are many caveats to using a book for pricing. However, I still am glad I had my older edition. This is the point where you need to cover your eyes . . . spoiler alert . . . Yes, watching trends on ebay is the best way I can think of for setting prices. If you're selling at shows, I hear some things may be priced differently. Or if you're selling in a shop, maybe you can mark them higher and wait for the right customer. Still, for a good pricing rule of thumb I recommend watching ebay. You could post pictures and some might be willing to give estimates. A lot of people avoid talking price though. Where do you plan to sell them?
  4. Bronze? Interesting. And more clear bases. I like.
  5. Good observation! Good advice for a new person.
  6. The marbles in this box came from the crate?
  7. I think I remember him. Collaborative effort, right?
  8. Jabos got me into this mess too, Bob. I bought them and liked them and then someone told me they weren't the kinds of marble which marble collectors wanted .... so I had to figure out what I was missing ..... That was a more innocent time, wasn't it.
  9. I sooooo wanted this "stick figure" to mean something special.
  10. The reason I wondered if it was a jasper type is because I thought I saw someone post similar looking marbles but which may have had a different origin than jaspers. I should check that out, huh?
  11. lol ... no, I don't know the size on the bullseye.
  12. I think I could do the lurch. *runs to try it*
  13. I think so, Ric, but I'm not sure. What is yours? Jasper or ???
