My jaded thoughts with those colors and not otherwise recognizing it was that it might be a relative of one of these: But the one at your link has a more complex structure and glancing through the rest of the guy's marbles I don't necessarily see anything to support the Vacor theory.

Bill, from what I understand, some are thinking about Alan's parents. With the idea that more money could be generated for them with public auctions than through private deals. Don't know if that's everyone's motivation, but some have that in mind. Of course I appreciate your advice to give it a break. However those looking after Alan's estate deal with the challenge, I'm sure they're doing what they think best.

LOL. It appears we've uncovered another one of the ID's the Birchfield consortium is using to distribute and/or acquire their product. Were we aware of the 2muchstuff4me2buy ID before? I don't remember it among the list of Birchfield ID's we already knew about. But hey, they've made it easier to remember now. On June 30 they changed it to marbleconnection! It wouldn't be the first name tribute they've made. Once when they were p.o.-ed at Pete they registered Land0fMarbles as an ID, with a zero instead of an Oh. Since Pete had LandOfMarbles legally protected ebay scrubbed that name. I wrote the seller on this one to let 'em know it was a modern MK. They responded graciously and seemed to appreciate the info. I don't know if they'll change the listing. But they were polite.

I too thought slam dunk MK with the photo in the OP. Other photos/info from the link do give pause.
