  1. Some past references to Red Jenny: No opinion from me on the auction you're looking at. Except that even if it turns out to be a CAC, that is a significantly higher price than I recall hearing discussed for a Jenny the one time I remember such a discussion.
  2. Something is very wrong with that one! VERY
  3. Never heard of such a thing. Would being thinking Conqueror myself.
  4. No comment on bubbles but my first thought when I saw the marble was Chinese handmade.
  5. I didn't search for it. Someone posted it on a political forum - don't ask why - and the first thing I thought was "marbles!" So I had to share it with ya'll.
  6. What does that last one look like backlit?
  7. Hmmm .... Some of those look contemporary on this end. Oh, you mean the spotted ones spefically? They don't look German to me but I'm no expert on handmades. I'll move this to the main section to increase the chances that handmade collectors will peek at 'em.
  8. Roger, I have no idea who did a marble in bright green and gray. Bright green like that makes me think Jabo first but
  9. Hard to tell with one small photo. I don't get a CAC feel from it but I'm not a CAC specialist. Hopefully others will weigh in.
  10. What did I do? lol I haven't even read all the way through this thread. Guess I better do that!
  11. I think that Cambridge offered bullet mold casters in 1903.
  12. ???? I've moved it to the main forum to get more eyes on it.
  13. Yeah, that's what I was thinking. But I'm always cautious about the Vitro names. Aquamarine is one of the terms that a lot of marbles creep into because people like that name.
  14. Handsome Vitro. *thumbs up* LOL - at least I think it's a Vitro. Now someone is going to come in and say it's an Akro. rofl Are you in pain?
