    Some past references to Red Jenny: No opinion from me on the auction you're looking at. Except that even if it turns out to be a CAC, that is a significantly higher price than I recall hearing discussed for a Jenny the one time I remember such a discussion.

    I didn't search for it. Someone posted it on a political forum - don't ask why - and the first thing I thought was "marbles!" So I had to share it with ya'll.

    Hmmm .... Some of those look contemporary on this end. Oh, you mean the spotted ones spefically? They don't look German to me but I'm no expert on handmades. I'll move this to the main section to increase the chances that handmade collectors will peek at 'em.

    Yeah, that's what I was thinking. But I'm always cautious about the Vitro names. Aquamarine is one of the terms that a lot of marbles creep into because people like that name.
