If you are in doubt, it would generally be best to assume Peltier.
These days I often write "looks like a Pelt Rainbo" instead of just saying "Pelt Rainbo". Coz of course I can't swear that the marbles are Pelt and not Kokomo. Still, I know that unless they're one of the types well-known to be Kokos, the odds of them being Koko are very very very .... very low.
