  1. I believe the colors to be a tad off for it to be Alley. The blue should be a bit darker and the yellow should be brighter. Also, the Alley would have more shine to it and not the matte look this marble shows. And pic 5 shows what I call an CAC "eye". All of this of course is just MHO. thanks
  2. Check out the coffin box ! https://www.auctionzip.com/Listings/3690547.html?kwd=marbles&zip=44310&category=0 https://www.auctionzip.com/Full-Image/3690547/fp17.cgithanks
  3. I believe it's Kelly Schmidt.
  4. Not a slag/onyx. Is it a bright yellow? Possibly a C.A.C. snotty (?). thanks
  5. Possibly a C.A.C. American Agate. thanks
  6. I agree with Steph on both points. Made of clay and rolled in dye. Hence the name "Rollers", a name given by collectors. thanks
  7. Based on the colors, the quality look of the glass, and the size of your slags, I would say both are C.A.C. Plus, I don't think Akro made very many marbles in this size. thanks
  8. First two look to be Contemporary Torch-Worked marbles. 2nd one looks to be an Akro Agate Onyx/Slag. thanks
  9. I would say yes to a solid core and a naked (no outer bands) one at that. Nice example. thanks
  10. Yes, good looking submarines. Two blue one and one green. They are the ones with the clear glass, colored bands, and white underneath the surface. Your Indian marble is the black one in the first pic.

Navarre. 1st pic shows the pontil with some looping out of it.
  17. I think (hurts when I do that) I recall the term Woody for a certain type of mib. So, A Pelt Woody ??? thanks
  18. Your marble is a transitional type. It was made by one of James Leighton's companies located in Navarre, Ohio. Late 1800's to early 1900's.
  19. mibster A mibster is a marble player, but nowadays, he or she is also a marble addict, especially collecting those contempory, huge, art-glass variety.
  20. Possibly, a CAC American Agate.
  21. In your 2nd and 3rd pic, I'd like to see the white one with the black ribbons. In 5, 8, and 9, the orange one with the black ribbons. thanks
