  1. 13/16 is possible but not common for RW. But it is one if you ask me.
  2. I agree with Ric, the top right looks like it could be one and maybe the bottom one. The others don't look right in those pics.
  3. Oh dang, sorry lol. Got to studying the pics too long. Man, it might be a CAC. Tough one for sure. Not a lot of white for a CAC but leaning that way.
  4. I agree with Master but I see what Steph is talking about. I have some of the caramels stashed away, they are nice marbles.

    3/4 WVS

No, that one I would put with JABO. I was talking about vintage swirls, which this one isn't IMO. Especially with Josh and Ric thinking the same.
  6. I see Master for all pics in this thread so far FWIW.

Not a deal breaker but makes you really want to disqualify those makers. Also Davis and Jackson, although there were a few Jacksons found that big, I think it was done on a 5/8" machine same as Cairo I believe. But Cairo was all over the place, like they had a hard time making consistent sized marbles. I'd say more than 90% of vintage shooter swirls will be Alley.

Champion is very unlikely at that size too, unless NOF.
  9. Vitro here too. Pleasing one.

    Vitro?

    I think another newer MK.
  11. Possibly the contents of a Big Shot or Big Dime box from J. Pressman containing Alleys. Not sure on all of the red ones. No real way to know on the transparent ones but could be. They did put clearies in those boxes.
  12. Kokomo, nice find!
  13. Yours has a browner tint to the ribbon, not sure if it could be a weak one or some other maker. This type of Jackson can glow or not. I think it may be a weak one. I don't know of anyone else making lavender on transparent blue like this off the top of my head. I have 8 that are purple to lavender on transparent blue. Most have some white with the purple and only one glows out of the ones I have. Davis made a purple on transparent green that is very similar. They might have done it on blue too, not sure. This example shown below is the only photo I have of one on hand and it is much nicer quality than the rest of them that I have, which is why I took a pic of it.
  14. Lavender? Try lighting from the front like normal. It might be a HTF Jackson.
  15. Yeah I hear it called both names and just go with it knowing what marble they mean. I've called it both names because I don't know which one to stick with.
  16. Ron used that name back almost 10 years ago, here's a reply of his on AAM https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?p=240549#p240549
  17. Ravenswood. R/W/Bs are tough
  18. I don't know how the definition evolves but I think if it looks like fire or flame pattern like the side of a 57 chevy with a flaming paint job, then it's a flame. Might be 4 or 24. Photo number 4 shows more pattern than the others but it's not a flame, because it doesn't have the licking tapered tips that look like flames. Tapering ribbons flowing along with each other: I don't really see 5 good tips on this one, but it sure looks like flames to me and is one in my book
