  1. "Welcome to Marble Connection" The first 4 pictures are contemporary handmades. The next 3 pictures appear to be an old German handmade Sulphide, place it in a glass of water if you want to see the figure more clearly. The next 2 are what appears to be a gaming marble & last but not least a Vacor Cardinal. Again "Welcome"
  2. An old AVON marble ring in the box complete w/ interchangeable marbles. Yes the marbles are plastic, what they came w/ new. Just something I thought I should hang onto for this "Sundays Best"
  3. A bunch but no pink base glass, yours is a bit on the rarer side indeed. LINK :: https://picclick.com/Toys-Hobbies/Marbles/?q=ribbon+lutz+marbles
  4. Smoke inhalation, that or suicide
  5. I hope that is the proper translation Aiko
  6. 2:50 AM just got home from ER, yes stoned again. The unmistakable flank pain of a kidney stone, ah yes, they were in denial @ the ER, said I had no stones. I told the ER Dr. to take a second look about half way between the kidney and the bladder in the ureter. There she blows & I mean blows. I can take no pain meds due to another condition so until the holmium laser blaster comes from Seattle on Tuesday I'm stuck don't be surprised if you don't hear much from my ugly mug for a few days I was going to be a farmer until I examined my field, no dirt, all stones, maybe a cactus garden .... Ah well !! Might as well make the most of it Sharp little boogers aren't they

  10. "Welcome to Marble Connection" Post away, anxious to see what might you have. May years of combined experience here,. if it's marbles or marble related you're in the right place. Again, "Welcome"
  11. My best and favorite (coffin) boxes I had made by Phil Thomas ( [email protected] ) all from Brazilian Hardwoods Yeah I'm beatin it again but the craftsmanship is excellent & the prices were great. Strong magnets insured a tight seal not easily broken, I can't brag enough about these boxes. I had Phil make several other display boxes for me all of the same caliber, I guess he's pretty well known in the marble community & been @ this for quite some time> I talked to him personally and more than a hobby, working w/ wood is something he loves to do. Here's a few more I had Phil make for me, all extremely high quality w/ the same magnetic locking mechanism.
  12. Your OP is a glazed clay (crockery) IMO, Chalky is a glass marble
