Looks like a metalic Pelt Rainbo in te second pic, VHTF any now a days, yes backlighting should tell the tale.
-
X2, Agree, both look Alley to me also
-
What a trip !! This is my clearie piece, a lantern, tiny like yours, maybe 1.5" if your lucky, wish I could find more, I think they're cool lookin !! Great piece William
-
I think Alley swirls, the one with a sort of purple looks like part of the blush line ?? lets see what others have to say ??
-
Yes sir, perfect example of a Pelt. burnt Christmas tree Another killer !!

"I" would consider the last pic an MCS (Multi color swirl) as well as the mibs in the first pic. MCS are usually 3 opaque colors other than the green "transparent" base glass. Generally always including "white" but I have seen them with only two excluding the white, but still on the transparent green base. A burnt Christmas tree is on an "opaque white" base with "brownish" or burnt looking ribbons. "I" believe all yours to be MCS. Again another "Very" nice bunch of Pelts Bo Definition courtesy of the "Peltier I.D. site" sorry I should have just went here in the first place instead of my long winded approach.

Mmm Mmm ...... .... Yeah !!!
-
The colors are endless, yes the transparents are a bit harder to find. I keep all Pelts unless they're really beat or an opaque white baseballs that I already have hundreds of. Some nice mibs for sure, I like the transparents .... what am saying, I like em all !!

All nice Pelt Rainbo's, no tequila sunrise, no name yet I don't "think" Tommy, I call mine creamsicle. A very similar big boy I have, one of my favorites : @ 27/32nds Pelt Tequila Sunrise Pic courtesy of "AAM" by Chuck S.

"Pink" base glass is rare on a pelt as you probably know, no matter what it is. I've had (one) NLR & that's it. No name that I know of !! No name for yours either that I know of, 15 or so years ago on an obscure Peltier I.D. site they called the one I have a "Chocolate Bee" ?? I know it makes no sense to me either, I'm not the one who named it. If it were me maybe a "Strawberry milkshake" Much pinker in hand, too much bright lights in this pic. A very nice bunch of Pelts you have there Bo !!

Hello Bo, Here's a good example of a Peltier NLR Plum Citrus. Two translucent purple ribbons & 4 almost opaque yellow ribbons on a translucent white base, of course there are variants as with any marble, this is just a standard one. Maybe a few more views of the ones you suspect as citruses would help out immensely "Thank You" Nice bunch of Pelts !! Just from this one view this one looks like a Pelt NLR Christmas tree with a few burnt ribbons?? I believe you maybe have one or two Pelt Rainbos there too ?? Examples of some citruses from the pelt info site LINK : https://www.peltiermarbles.info/citrus

"Yes indeed" wish we all could have actually worked manufacturing marbles like Ron did. Right place, right time, great people, when you love what you're doing not considered work to me anymore but a pleasure, what a lucky dog !! If I didn't love the Pacific Northwest so much I might have moved a little closer to the action ??

"Welcome to Marble Connection Joe " Lots of knowledge & knowledgeable people here more than willing to give you a hand on your marble journey, have fun & again "Welcome"
-
Phew !! Glad you showed "Ron" a lot better at explaining manufacture errors than me "Thanks"
-
Akro ?? No provenance anywhere, dug or on paper, just looks like a corkscrew. If you have some provenance please share, I'm always up to learn new info.
-
A few pics of some machine made "manufacture defects" Eggs, pancakes, footballs, barbells, double ingots all happen between the shears & the end of the rollers. Ron explains it much better than me, I'll just post some pics. Hand mades also will always exhibit some form of a pontil !! Barbells, dug Heaton A few double ingot on either side with some footballs in the middle, more dug Heaton examples \ A bunch of footballs & pancakes, mostly Akro. All these marbles pictured were machine made & probably dug near te factory in a cull pile.

Killer !! hey you found some, I've only found about 15 pieces since January & i been lookin hard. The 3 blue octagonal are kro for sure. I have a hobnail pitcher just like yours only red & orange slag w/ swirls of white, nit sure what it is but I like it !! Not a very good pic of it, right in the middle of a pile of Akro ware, Imperial & some other stuff Best pic I can salvage right now, looks like we been mining in the same mountain !! I'm like you, I sure wish that piece of hobnail was marked ??

Houze shifter knob !! Insert just not brass in this one, I would say Akro like most but there is no provenance either on paper or dug at the Akro site to indicate Akro ever made shifters. Vidrio made a small amount of mostly translucent & a few opaque like yours. Full credit for this picture given to the " Antique fan collectors association"
-
Lookin like a Houze shifter knob !! Third pic is probably the threaded brass insert.
-
Mmm Mmm, lotsa Deeeliciouse pelts in there !! Ah well back to

Yeah the $$ motivated "Feebay" posting & incorrect naming of mibs is rampant, the forums & I.D. sites are the only trustworthy places left.
