Yes, in hand is always best, collected CAC's for almost 18 years, just got burned out on them. Collect what you like, maybe next year I'll like vitro, who knows. Controversy on both forums over these two marbles, makes for good discussion and education

OP is Alley IMO almost every manufacturer made marbles at one time or another that exhibit a turkey type head or a close facsimile thereof. Second looks Akro to me, never seen ac CAC W lashes from dull shears, if you have another example of one it would be nice to see it. I no longer collect CAC gave & traded them all away years ago, Alley and Pelt now, and of course my first love of when I started collecting marbles in the 80's German Handmades. Funny, nobody wanted machinemades then, my how things do change.
