nice score Brad, not many old Germans floating around anymore. Sulphides were my Baby Brothers favorite kind of marble, he was no collector but liked these, called em "Picture marbles" -

Try a neutral background for your pix, I found grey to be the best, used grey felt, lens focused on the marble instead of the background. didn't COME EASY, HOURS OF RETAKES, GOOD THING FOR DIGITAL CAMERAS.

Is there an akro blueberry ade type marble?

Yes there is an Akro Blueberry ade, Limeade, Lemonade, Cherry ade, if you can imagine it, it came off the rollers. This patch reacts like a light bulb : Blueberry ade patch Blueberry ade cork -
yellow and white are the most common colors on an onionskin, I see gaps but not the multiple stretched colors over the yellow skin as in a josephs coat, so I'm gonna stick w onionskin as i.d.
