I have these two both 3/4 inch.

Ok let's see your marbles . Are they all 3/4 in ? Multiple views if ya got them 8 different styles were made . Only three named, Nova,root beer float, pink champagne. The rest have no name so 1988 Peltiers last run ?

That is a filled up mib. It has two colors and some wispy white in there on a clear base.those are the qualifications that I am aware of .so imho yes a An Akro agate popeye. I could be wrong 😉

Transparent swirls are one of the hardest to id imho ...lots of study and known examples are a must.. then still it is a challenge 👍
