Akro imho. These are usually found as a Patch type marble. This one is more than likely an "experimental" (a dug marble). The AV in these can get quite heavy with coverage--yours is a tad weak--but a definate "keeper". I apprecaite all opinions and hope to see some more opinions with this one. Great find!! Marble--On!!

No problem here Parmcat. This is just a messy Rainbo, who realy knows what happened? It could be cold rolled or something that happened during the service of the rollers. I like it--just because! Marble--On!!

This one has the attributes of a dug marble--the scratches, hit mark damages-etc--Is that a cat hair or a crack? I would sort this one as an Alley Agate--from the "Digs". I/We appreciate all opinions and I hope to see some more. Marble--On!!

I would judge this one at around 3/4". It does look like a clay type to me. You can click these on your front teeth,( gently please) compare it with glass of any sort and tell the difference with the senses that we have been provided with. If I were a dog, I could smell the differnce--Sadley--I am just an Orka and my main diet are Akro Agates. Marble--On!!

X3--Rainbo. These Pelt Rainbo can be all over the place with coverage. This one lines up quite well. Cool Find! Marble--On!!

@shiroaiko and @YasudaCollector may have some input here. We always welcome second, third, fourth--etc--etc opinions here at "TheMarbleConnection". Heck, maybe @Al Oregon has a bag of these--who knows? I respect all opinions and always hope to see a few more. Marble--On!!

The size is a classic Ravenswood size--just a hair large---I would consider Ravenswood here. Ravenswood made more 9/16" marbles than any other maker. The white in this marble is more than likely "Opal". (Opalescent glass) Ravenswood was/is known for it's "Intense White" batch glass--( batch glass meaning made by the manufacturer on site from a home recipe ) These type do come from a variety of makers and they do not get much attention in the ID world--they are a hard ID for sure. I just threw my hat into the ring here.--Yep, I still suck at wvs ID. The "Opal White" is what brings your/my eye to this one imho. "Opal" just lights a marble up to the next step. Ponds "cold cream jar" cullet was used quite often in making marbles. I do not rermber if Ravenswood used it or not--probably--but no proof here. My second choice would be Champion here. It is a very attractive marble--especially with your hand on the images. Marble--On!!

Notice the lack of sheen here along with the lack of sharp edges on the swirls. Then you have the imbedded polishing compound. (The white stuff) The big image even shows a shadow of such. There is even imbedded white in the bubbles that were polished out. I think that this one used to be a CAC. Oh well, this is just my humble opinion Marble—On!!

I saw a fox today-during my daily walk. He/she was suffering from mange no doubt. At first I tought that it was a small lost dog. I called out to it and then I realized what it was. Do not get me wrong here, I love eating Venison but this image is just not a good thing for this board. Marble--On!!

The first one is a Vacor--no name from me here--maybe a "wicked owl"--just not sure. The second one is a Vitro which I gave some input on in a later post--nice marble. The third one is probably a Vitro--no name from me. Marble--On!!
