  1. Yes they are. Marble--On!!
  2. "Corals" are an argument type for sure. This is a collectors name as far as I know and no company marketed them as such imho. Several companies made them, including Champion, Alley and CAC and a few made them that did not intend on this color. They can vary quite a bit in coverage and base color such as transparent vs almost opaque and opaque as well. Zaboo posted some great images—(really great images) I just love them for sure! Zaboo was around when I was a rookie and I hope to see some more of this respected collectors' takes on the ID’s on this format, along with some more great images. I just collect anything that looks like it has a “coral” color to it and I could care less what company made them. (I suck at WVS ID, try and fail—but keep on going) The color is the thing to me—not the value. Here are a few that I have collected over the years. Marble—On!!
  3. "Twisted with Blue Ribbons. Peltier Rainbo possibly? Thanks:)" This one took some work--great ID on your part. Marble--On!!
  4. Yes, Champion made peewees. I wish that I could tell you that these are Champions but I cannot. All Peewee sized marbles are a rare find, even in the later makes and models. Nice find! Four of them is a great find! More opinions are needed on the maker. Marble--on!!
  5. Nice story--love it! Keep it going and Marble--On!!
  6. The OP is a WVS--no maker from me. No Pelt or CAC imho. Marble--On!!
  7. Ummm, possible Pelt MCS? I respect all opinions. Marble--On!!
  8. We all learn here, everyday! Keep on learning--- Marble On!!
  9. This is worth a bump to @Chad G.. Marble--On!!
  10. Nice AV loaded "Zebra" imho. Marble--On!!

    CAC#7

X2 Nice finds in this day and age. Marble--On!!
  12. I can agree with Pelt here. It may have been stuck in the house furnace burner for awhile though. Many cool marbles are found in old house furnaces and their workings, this one may have made its way all the way down to the burner. Marble—On!!
  13. I almost agree--one for the disgard bucket, only to be discovered by future generations. Marble--On!!

    Akro?

There is some great depth to this marble. The cutlines look right but some of the older MK's had a similar look. I cannot commit. Maybe I typed too much today--or thought? More opinions are needed and welcomed. Marble--On!!
  16. All four of these are "Tricky". These types always are. Tricky--on!!

    4 jabo?

    I think so. Marble--on!!
  18. This one looks like a Vitro to me—no name. It appears to have some opalescent glass but you will be hard set to verify it given the red in the matrix. It is a pretty marble. Marble—On!!
  19. Ummm, Hard to say here. Top left Vitro imho. Top right MK or maybe a Pelt Rainbo—with a big lean towards MK Bottom left---too nice to be an Asian marble—maybe MK or European made—not a Master imho. Bottom right probably a MK—not sure. This is my answer and I do not blame you for asking. All opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble—On!!
  20. I will admit that the yellow one looks interesting. It could be a game marble--but?? The red one is a Jabo imho. The backlighting helps here. Marble--On!!
  21. I feel some-what responsible for this and I will own up to it. So I quoted myself again. I gave my ID estimation of this marble with a couple of if’s. It is not a Guinea, no way, no time in my estimation. I researched it as I do with all questionable marble ID’s from a Master Glass Cats-eye to a CAC top notch Flame. It may be a CAC or not but I would be willing to pay $35.00 to find out and that is about it. Taking what I mentioned in parentheses and running with it is just not acceptable. Sellers may take off and run with comments made on this board, amongst other marble “posts” out there on the interweb, but to run out like this is just wrong----just wrong. It does no one here any justice. Pull this one off of your sales on E-bay and try to get a good ID on it. I wish you luck after that. PM me for a possible solution. This has to end here—really, it must. Marble—On!!
  22. Thanks Melissa, The knowledge and insight that the folks on this board have will be lost, little by little, that is the way. The best that all of us can do is pass it on. Anyone that has responded to any of your posts recognizes that and will continue to pass on the history and knowledge that they have. It is a great thing to receive thanks but the thanks has to be reversed and passed on to the new collectors that continue to search out the truth on this highly desirable collectable and continue to find that that “The Marble Connection” will be here when all else fail. Keep on Keeping on, one and all!! Thank you as all well. Marble—On!!
  23. I am thinking Jabo here. Nice looker. Marble--On!!
