These were copied so well that a lawsuit ensued and they had to start printing the bottom of the boxes with a heads up stamp under the marble holder--inside. There were quite a few that made it into the market without any such stamping. Buyer beware—only buy these boxes from a seller with a very good reputation. Oh --you can trust them--but first you have to trust yourself. There are still deals to be had on E-Bay--from dealers that do not know thier knickers. It is still search and hunt--just like 35-40 years ago--some sellers know and some do not. The hunt is still on--just different. Marble--On!!

MFC?? Probably not imho. The color is rare from all makers. CAC, Akro, and Peltier as well. That big cut mark in image’s two and ten shy’s me away from it being a hand-gathered slag. This one may be an Akro— I appreciate all opinions and respect them all. More are needed for sure Marble—On!!
