  1. Nice lot Mojo. There are folks out there that collect the heck out of these types. Obviously, or they would not be purchased or put up for sale. Many companies have produced these over the years an I will admit that I am a sucker for the ones that are on "swirls". Whatever gets your goat--collect it and have fun doing so! Marble--On!!
  2. Uggh, The colors may be the answer--or not. More images may be needed. Marble--On!!

    UV Clearie

That is a big one! Check the cutlines under backlighting--there may be some eyelashes there. Backlight them all!!

    Akro ?

    Nice Akro Mojo!! Marble--On!!
  5. The term "eggyolk is associated with a named marble. "Oxblood and Egg Yolk". Akro has a nice deep, thick yellow, that as an individual you could call "eggyolk yellow". It was no doubt used in a variety of Akro Agates. In this case--I would call it yellow and a nice corkscrew regardless of the damage. I keep them and display them all. I would not discount this one being a "well filled" "Popeye". Popeyes come in a variety of shades and depths regardless of the color combo. Corkscrews--On!!
  6. Here I go again—backlighting a Pelt slag. Veryy cool!! Backlight them all!! Marble—On!!
  7. It is an Akro imho. I can see why it may confuse you with the blended/stretched green going into the white--a Vitro thing for sure. All opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble--On!!
  8. Here is a nice Akro with “Drizzle” @3/4”. I have not seen many Akros with “drizzle” this is my first in hand---I really dig it! Marble—On!!
  9. Whatttttt???? a Triple ingot Akro?? Well it could be—just sayin. This one is 7/8”. There were many sizes of these made and this one may have passed inspection. The first two images are pole to pole—if there is a pole. The third image just shows a variety of sizes of this type from one inch down to just below 5/8” they probably came smaller—and larger. This type had quite a run. Marble—On!!
  10. The last image--the big image--is that a Pelt "Wolverine"??. Very cool--they are all very nice but that one caught my eye. Go Michigan Wolverines!!--If the Badgers are not there--they are my go to. They were before the "Wolverine"--I still think that some dude or dudess from Michigan named this one. Marble--On!!
  11. My first thought was nice big Vitro--backlight an image Tommy! Marble--On!!
  12. Pelt Rainbos did show up quite a bit in unmarked “Jobber Boxes”. I posted a more common one below. You can just make out the pink color next to the faded along with the embossed design. An image of the top of your box will help to determine authenticity. There are some larger “Sparklers” floating around that do not have the desired number of colors in them. As I recall these were all dug from the plant gounds. Yours may also be a “Foreign made Sparkler”. Nice way to display Rainbos! All opinions are welcomed. Marble—On!!
  13. Nice images! I think that you have a PeltierPeerlessPatch there. Nice marble! All opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble--On!!
  14. More images are needed--so far this one looks like a Pelt. Marble--On!!
  15. No--that one is an Akro--I still have not put it away. I look at it everyday.
  16. The second one is a killer Vitro--very nice indeed. The first one makes my Pelt hairs stand up but lets wait for more opinions on that one. Nice marbles for sure! Marble--On!!
  17. Yes wowzers for sure--the purple in this type can be quite anemic. Marble--On!!
  18. That is "Horsehair" oxblood. The maker?? More than likely Alley Agate but I will wait for more opinions. Nice find! Marble--On!!
  19. This one is an Akro Cork--no doubt in my mind. "Prizename" A nice bunch of purple in this one, This type will vary quite a bit. A real nice example. Marble--On!!
  20. It is a pretty hue of orange. A WVS of some sort. It could be one of many imho. I will defer to the WVS experts here. Nice marble-- Marble--On!!

    Jabo ?

Size matters Mojo. This is just a killer marble. Not a Jabo imho. All opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble--On!!
  22. Well it snowed again today and the Buck was there yesterday morning. This is a nice Whitetail “Scrape” about 35 yards behind my house. It does stink—oh boy. Gun season starts this weekend—I hope that I see him. I stopped hunting but my blood still boils when I see this stuff. Mmmmm Venison roast. We have had a three legged doe around for about seven years. Twins every year and triplets last year—she got hit by a car again and died in the neighbors back yard—the end of an era----RIP Three leg! I took my granddaughter out to look at the scrape last night under a flash light. 7 years old and full of what was going on with it. I was almost embarrassed. The apples do not fall far from the much older trees—LOL.
  23. This one came from Ohio imho. All opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Nice marble!! Marble—On!!
