  1. The first one may be a Vitro "Caged Cat". Nice one! The second one may also be one--not so sure. Marble--On!!
  2. That is a nice collection Carowill. Oxblood thumb pots and killer two-tab ashtrays, who does not like "Pumpkin" Akro. Akro--On!!
  3. That is a great Corkscrew Gladys. This is the first one that I have seen like this. Thanks for sharing it! Marble--On!!
  4. Some cool folds in this one Gladys. It may be a double ingot. Is that oxblood? I agree that it looks like an Akro. Marble--On!!
  5. They are Vitro. These are just different, not common to find. The veneer is thicker, much thicker; the colors are not like a common Vitro color—close but less pronounced or vibrant. The marbles have full coverage in most cases with no clear or whispy showing, although a few do have the recognizable Vitro clear with a wispy look. These are from 4 different lots that I have hunted over the past 25 years. Two sizes so far, 3/4'” and 5/8”. Steph thought that some of them may be some form of a "Bullseye" when I posted them back in July. Marble--On!!
  6. That little Wagon is just killer Ron---Just Killer.---I Just Love It!! Little Wagon with Skirts On!!!
  7. Take your time Oldskoolgurl, And welcome to the board. Some better light and cropping may welcome some other opinions with some better images. Take a steady aim and shoot, with flash, sunlight etc. This marble reminds me of a "coral" of some sort---I love them. Marble--On!!
  8. This one looks like a Vacor "Clownfish", they came in a variety of color combos. Nice marble! Marble--On!!
  9. Great Images Fuzzy Chubbs, I agree with Chad. I will add though that not all Peltier slags show "feathering". Most do not and are as hard to ID as any Slag may be. Pelts with the feathering aspect to them are an easy ID and therefore more collectable---and beautiful as well---respect! Marble--On!!
  10. I have not seen a post about these two for awhile so here goes. I have no Peltier Superman to compare---Only one that is questionable—lol. The Vacor Serpents came/come in many variations/runs and fooled many into thinking that they may be Peltier Superman marbles in the past twenty five years or so. I hope to see you’re best side by side for the collectors that may be new to this hobby/addiction. If you are like me—just show what you have. I am showing a “fixed” image and a more natural image of some older Vacor Serpents. (Note, Vacor serpents were sold as a “Tumbled” version that looked like sea glass-these are quite rare) Just be careful and of course Marble—On!!
  11. Here is a nice group. Once they were common, not so common anymore. Scoop them up—they are getting harder to find. Great looking Vitros!! Marble—On!!
  12. Nice big one Fire. Marble--On!!

    MK ?

Hey Fire, Compare this one to the black, minus AV and blue colors in a Blue Galaxy. The way that the black kind of bleeds/runs reminds me of them and the blue is a match imho. Cool marble! Marble—On!!
