  1. I like the black part--it is a beuty--do you own it?
  2. I see them--little green specks. The inclusions in this marble takes the eye away from them. This is not AV--just un-absorbed minerals that are often included with green in any marble made world wide. Great images! I agree with MK--a cat. Marble--On!!
  3. "TheMarbleConnection" is the oldest Marble chat board on Planet Earth--perhaps the entire galaxy? Who Knows? Keep coming back and keep checking "Stephs Study Hall". Marble--On!!
  4. It is a Vitro--it is a veneered marble( if you were to crack it open--it would be almost all white inside). Game marble--Player--nothing special here my marble collecting friend--just a great ID and ask on your part for sure. The images just rock!! Marble--On!!
  5. X2 chuck--welcome back and give us your best. This MarbleConnection may be a tad cleaner than the older times and I am sure that you will appreciate that. PM me if you have any problems--I have your back for sure. Marble--On!!
  6. X3--The Vacor is called a "Dragon". Marble--On!!
  7. This one is a Purple Akro Slag--kinda cool with the inclusion (that little white chunk). The marble companies always ran "marble runs" or color/type runs right to the end of the machines use and at the end, the brick, spout/funnel or like parts of the machine broke down from the heat involved. Little chunks would fall off and include themselves in the final product. All that the glass could do was say “welcome little inclusion” I hope that you make it past inspection, which this one did. Call it 3/4". Nice find! Marble--On!!
  8. X2 Ric. Marble--On!!
  9. I would not call this one a slag (One color, white and a clear/transparent base glass). It is a WVS imho—probably an Alley Agate. As far as “Flames” go this one is very close. Today’s standard is five tips in a row not five tips in a total marble surround. Opposing tips do not count unless there are five or more opposing each other (there would have to be more one way or the other—right? This is just a great two color marble that I would collect and put on a shelf for sure—great marble—Great images. Flames are a hard find—you are almost there my marble collecting friend—you may be there but I cannot tell for sure from your great images—a few more shots may help—the tips of the “flames”. Marble—On!!
  10. It is a Vacor Ric. A Wicked Owl imho. I am trying to double check on it--The Vacor site has upgraded though--not to their advantage--- I think at least. I will stick with "Wicked Owl". @Melissa will straighten me out if I am wrong. Marble—On!!
  11. I enjoy a dusty Patina lately🧹. Marble--On!!
  12. That is a very nice Popeye. These colors also showed up with a UV reactive base glass that is not hard to spot--it looks yellowish (not clear like plastic wrap-- but transparent yellowish--like plastic wrap from the Walking Dead). I believe that this color combo also produced the most "Hybrids" (three or more colors). Orange I think? 3/4" is not real common find with Popeyes--Great find. Thanks for sharing it here @TheMarbleConnection. Marble--On!!
  13. I think that this one is an older WVS--it looks like it reacts under UV but it has white that does not react. Sooo--3 colors imho.(at least three different types of glass) Maybe @cheese can put this one to rest. Nice marble!--Still a tad weird though. Marble--On!!
  14. Not Bennies--Clays. I like em. Marble--On!!
  15. The term "Helmet" does not apply to this Akro-or any Akro for that matter--just sayin😁. Marble--On!!
  16. Yep a weird marble that is worth a bump. My first thought was a messy Peltier Rainbo--but I do not really think so here. Marble--On!!
  17. I would sort it as Akro slag Fire. Marble--On!!
  18. Some of those "bigger" Jabo Classics came in some pretty muddy colors. Marble--On!!
  19. The first set of images--I would venture to say that it is an Akro"Hero". Regardless of the ID--very nice find imho. Marble--On!!
  20. Great images my marble collecting friend! Marble--On!!
  21. Yep-pretty weird--but a weird keeper for sure. I am on the Jabo train here. Marble--On!!

    Jabo?

Slow down Ric--it is a good example of a cobalt blue something. Many folks, such as I, appreciate a good cobalt blue glass in anything. I would pick it up for a buck or two--just because I like it. It is more than likely a "Jabo Classic"--or a Jabo("Jaybo") made for general sales to the general public across the world. I just love this stuff--collect what you like and stick to it regardless of any opinion---mine too. Marble--On!!
  23. Stop Joe2 and check out E-bay--there are tons of these left for sale. Very many at least. Get out of your head and do the research🤡. Thanks for asking--I do my best. Marble--On!!
