I agree Chad, #2 is Vacor #3 is stone (carnelian?) #1 is glass and reminds me of one in this post, the first one by orbboy. Marble--On!!

Time for a bump up. Who does not like a nice Vitro. 7/8" Buttermilk--On!!!

I found this sugar cube device in the attic long a time ago. I knew that I would find a use for it someday. I use it to remove marbles from boxes without screwing up the dividers. It works quite well and being silver I have no regrets. The marble may be an Akro or a Pelt. 7/8”” Marble—On!!

Nice colors Bruce, Tell me what you think of this "woody" patch. It has rings like a tree almost. The woodie part is so perfect side to side that I thought that it might be an applied afterthought. I had to really look at it to determine that it was a stone of some type. It has a strange fluorescence under overcast sunlight—no uv reaction. It looks like an agate in hand 7/8”. Marble—On!!

I have seen these blackish looking metallic marbles along with a multiple holder display stand made of the same glass. There might have been a spinning top and holder as well. The metallic part was a lot brighter. Maybe yours has tarnished. Pretty sure they were Jabo. Marble--On!!

This is a nice pair. Not the easiest to get an image of that does any justice. R2D2 is my hero. Marble—On!!!—Yoda on!!! and Swarovski on as well!!!

Size?

Here is my opinion, The first images are classic MK girlscouts. Nice ones. The second set may be “newer run” MK girlscouts. Maybe a Vacor. The third set looks vintage. The colors are similar to Akro colors, I would not call it a Master Marble or an Akro though. Maybe a Vacor. The fourth set also looks vintage—no Idea on this one. Great color combos, great marbles. Well worth some pickin time. More opinions needed for sure. Thanks for sharing these. Marble—On!!!

It is just a great marble Mojo. Not a wirepull, not a Vacor. A swirl that rivals any that I have ever seen. At a hair or two over 5/8" it is just amazing. Vacor(edit thanks to Chad in the next post) did not make Atmospheres this size,or with this color combo. It sure reminds me of those baby blue or light blue Akro Popeyes that are not so common--not one of those either. The very best ???? swirl that I have ever seen. It sure looks machine made to me. I will be surprised to see anyone take a stab at ID. Lets try at least. Try to keep this one bumped up for awhile--it sure deserves it. I will help. Marble--On!!

OK Bill, I envision you buying an old rolltop desk with drawers that the owner could not open, which you did, finding these inside.--just dreaming--what is the scoop. That label is really cool--one of a kind for sure. I would love to hear the history behind the find, as would others--great stuff I am sure. Marble--On!!

Yes it is--A very nice one---Love it!! The other ones are not too shabby either. That yellow -white-red is REALLY nice. Marble--On!!!
