Akro Royal or Master Comet. Aventurine always will not define an Akro Royal vs a Pelt Peerless Patch. Royals did show up with it in some. I have a trio in this color combo with it, over the yellow. If there is AV in the black that is noticeable then I would say that it is a really/really weird (to me) Pelt Peerless Patch. Master Made Patches are usually but not always 1/3 fill to 2/3 fill color to color or matrix to matrix. Cut-lines matters but there are always other things to consider as well. Comets came in Black and Yellow as well—no AV in my experience. I will commit to this being a killer Akro Royal, and very nice old marble. These came in older 100 count, “Leather look” or “Old book- texture” boxes along with other color combo’s of marbles. Marble—On!!

An Akro tin with some history—I like to think so.

Here is an image from an old Block auction of a salesman’s sample pouch, very cool. I think that this is the company that made them for Akro---no proof ---yet. The other image shows my collection of advertising pouches. I even found my own salesman’s pouch. They may have all been made by the same company; I just doubt that for my own reasons, more research is needed. The top three and the bottom right match up with the Block auction pouch pretty well, just different colored/stretched leather or older lighting for the Block image; it was an older Block auction. I spent hours looking up the advertising on these bags and have yet to find anything on the Weyauwega Wis. Ford dealer, this one is special to me, I have relatives in that area. The rest were very rewarding/fun-stuff but I have nothing on the salesman’s sample in my collection. Like I said—I love this stuff. Marble—On!! -
I have seen quite a few mug-shots--way too many. Yours is the best by far. Thumbs up for sure! Marble--On!!

I tried to reach it on an old dial phone that I have---nothing😁. Not even an operator😁. -
The middle one is either Akro or Master imho. Show us where the yellow meets the black at its most rounded point to be sure. I can see the cutoffs from the top in image #3. Marble—On!!

https://www.ebay.com/itm/165463619026?hash=item26866675d2:g:ghYAAOSwuddicAWy These tins could be ordered with special “Printed Pouches”. I have seen a few pouches from the Midwest but never from this far west. The printing looks the same. As I recall, there was a company in Indiana or Ohio that made these pouches. I have never seen one with a tin before but I am convinced that they came this way. This tin looks like a horse stepped on it but I like it just the same. I wonder what kind of cars Gordon worked on. I just love this stuff! Marble—On!!

It could be a furnace marble. One that rolled down the ductwork and into the houses furnace. It got a bit to close to the burner and Voilà. The furnace repair dudes use to find these more often in days gone by. The holes in the grills were much bigger then. All sorts of toys met their demise in this way. One of my jobs as a kid was vacuuming the dust out of the ductwork, I would suck up marbles all of the time, coins always made a real cool sound in the Kirby’s vacuum hose. I can hear it now—a voice from the past. “FIRE” QUIT PUTTING MARBLES IN THE COLD AIR EXCHANGE” (little rolling sounds in the background, plunk, roll, roll, roll, plunk, roll, roll, roll.) Marble—On!!

I think that this one is a slag. The second image shows some internal twisting—it may be hand-gathered. The red mark looks like it is a cutoff mark. The larger of the two ghostly images side by side in images 1 and 3 may have a tail that submerged under it. Cool marble—no maker from me. Marble—On!!

Vitro "Aqua--something"--"Aquamarine" maybe. Thats a very nice marble---size?? Marble--On!!!

These are usually referred to as "Wirepulls". Usually these will have one continuous un-broken stream of glass. Good luck trying to follow it throughout the marble. Marble—On!!

It is a very nice one--great marble. Marble--On!!

Here is a yellow one @7/8"'. The white displays as a very light pink color under UV light. Marble--On!!

This is damage Leigh and it looks like it took a nicely centered, hard hit. The little “buttefly wings that look like inverted oyster shells are chips, the hit occurred in the center of these wings where the little circle of glass is. It probably compressed just enough in that area to force the chips out. Marble—On!!

Could this one be a Veiligglas marble? Marble--On!!

I like this one--shine a bright light on it and look for some Aventurine--Sparkly stuff. A PPP white and black--simple but great stuff to dive into. Marble--On!!

Seams were not an issue with me Fire--just the color. They could well be PPP---just odd ones. Marble--On!!

Great eye Ron, and great assessment Guiltynotguilty81. I recall reading that these Jabo tank-wash marbles were not too successful and that one in this shape is a great find. Regardless, it is a very nice looker. Marble—On!!
