  1. This one looks like a more solid white MCS to me--size matters of course✖️--- Just my humble opinion--they all count--just chime in. Marble--on!!
  2. Not imho--I might even bid it up a bit. Marble--On!!
  3. I am far from a "Berry Pink" expert--that clear--crystal clear--glass is what turns me on--very nice! Great images!! Marble--On!!
  4. I do not know this seller nor do I advocate any buying from this post--just an observation. If you surf E-bay for marbles I am sure that you have seen this seller that makes replica boxes. This seller is straight up on what the boxes are—my only ask would be to mark them as “replica” or “fantasy boxes”—who knows 30 years from now?? This one caught my eye. I restore old boxes and appreciate what it takes to make/restore one. This person makes an excellent well made and thought out box—it will only get better as she/he goes along. I just love a great way to display my marbles—this is just one of them. They come empty—I found some Akro Patches that fit the box very well. If you get one just mark them like I do as “A Fantasy Box” on the bottom. I for one will not look to rip off my future Sisters and Brothers that will collect marbles in the future as crazy as I/We do. I am sure that if this seller reads this-she/he will connect and add what needs to be added—they (at least the box that I received) are that good imho. This seller is just someone keeping out of trouble and keeping the hands and mind busy IMHO—--good job! I appreciate all opinions and look to see some more----- Marble—On!!
  5. I would pay more--for sure--I have never seen one. I like the rare stuff though. Marble--On!!
  6. Too "Shabby" for a Vacor imho. Marble--On!!
  7. The tabs are the rectangular ashtrays--with two little butt keepers on the top--the "tabs". They do come long and short tabs--little matter when they look this nice imho. These ashtrays actually show up with some nice glitter--sometimes. Marble--On!!
  8. Not too shabby Carowill--those two tabs are tops--very hard to find in my area. Nice shot!! Marble--On!!
  9. Image #3 convinced me that it is a Pelt--that fold is not very common in MK's. I have seen these with some oxblood involved--stiil a nice find and a very nice marble. Marble--On!!
  10. Mica or what? Green glass in marbles has always carried some flecks of sparkles here and there--regardless of the time period--even to this day. I would still consider this as a hand gathered rarity--the transparency in the green has me baffled--Nice bright white--recipe stuff as far as I would consider. Nice marble regardless!! Thanks for sharing it--I hope that you get some answers. Marble--On!!
  11. The staples let lose during shipment on this bag—I am not too upset—they are all minty @7/8”. Five colors in one bag of five—I will call that a score regardless. Marble—On!!
  12. This is one that I have not seen before......maybe just hand gathered with no machine involved other than the hand held devices used to make it round—(which could be called machines—in my book---at the least back then) Nice marble!!! Nice find!!! Marble—On!!
  13. Just a “Clearie”? Try UV light and be Rewarded. At Just a hair over 7/8” This is a “Clearie” (Clear as in no color with just a hint of yellow UV reaction possible in hand---no yellow reaction here—just a gut check)—it is slightly out of round and it is an Akro imho—probably from a dig. Yes, this is the same marble—both sets. This is why the new generation of collectors loves a good black-light marble (or some of the older collectors as well—I sure do!) UV light reveals a lot—cut me some slack on the blue reflections; they are from the UV light which was deployed. The orange is the thing---just killer—under UV it looks solid and opaque. The camera flash reveals some brown in this “Clearie” which is just crystal clear in hand. I tried my best—no sunlight today—go figure. “Backlight them all” and hit them all with UV light as well. They may not be worth a terrible lot but once you find them they are priceless. They all deserve a good look! We all love this stuff—I sure do!! Marble—On!!
  14. The Jabo “Production runs “ in this bigger size did produce some very "pretty" marbles. Sadly they did not hold up well in the packaging process and most of them ended up with little white “Hit-Marks” because of the softness of the glass. These bigger “Production run Jabo” were some of the best big production marbles ever made—they just could not take much abuse. To find a mint one is a rare thing--- I just love this stuff!! I appreciate all opinions and welcome them all. Marble—On!!
  15. I always count white as a color--always. Marble--On!!
  16. Never excuse an Akro Chad--They were made in WV as well as the rest. Marble--On!!
  17. Yes cats are a weak point for me--the furry ones. I am cat-less right now--we always had one or two--there are a few strays around that I might convince to be a friend. Marble--On!!
  18. This one could be a "Factory run marble" Fire--just mho. (Jabo Classic")??? Marble--On!!
  19. Peewee marbles can be a hard ID. They let a lot more light through them than their 5/8" cousins. Have you considered Peltier here? Marble—On!!
  20. Cateyes are like--Cats--the furry ones. Some are ugly to some, many are pretty to some. I prefer the ugly furry ones, a good messed up "Calico" is hard to beat in my eyes. It is all in the eye of the beholder. I love a good Master Cats-eye---marble--hard to find, but worth the search--still pretty ugly though. Marble--On!!
  21. These colors will get me every time-- Happy Pelt Tuesday!!! Marble--On!!
  22. @Ric is the go to here--he does love his clays---my Vote is (not a Bennie). Marble--On!!
