    Moonie?

Akro Moonie should have this type of look - one pic backlit (pics by Chuck Porter)
  4. You know, the one black & white below the two Blue & White 6-finger Pelts may be a Vitro 8-finger type. Maybe take 3-4 pictures of that one - kinda looks like 4 ribbons on each side? Great find, by the way!
  5. Not sure if you are talking about a different "moss agate". Here is picture of what are Akro MOss Agates and they are pretty common.
  6. Agree with the above. If 4 has a transparent green base glass, it is probably Peltier also.
  7. Bottom two are swirls. Middle could be Alley or Heaton. Bottom could be Champion or possibly Alley - really hard to tell. I lightened the pictures so we could be pattern on bottom one, at least.
  8. Be aware that game marbles, like Chinese Checkers types, can have a lot of pattern to them. Here are some out of a Vitro Chinese Checkers box.
  9. Blue upper middle is a slag - probabkly Akro. Larger purple & white on right might be Vitro, shooter size. Light blue near middle - view is ame in both pics - might be an Akro corkscrew - auger type? Bottom left and bottom middle might be Peltier Multicolor Rainbo (no 'w'). If there is no damage to these marbles, not even a little pinprick, they might be worth a couple bucks each.
  10. Here is obituary and picture in their local paper and picture of Leroy and wife Judy back in 2002 Leroy Johnson age 82 of York, Nebraska died Friday, March 9, 2018 at York. 11. Yes, sad to hear. I communicated with him periodically over the years. Had him rescue a few beat up handmades.
  12. In this case, the close-up picture actually takes away from trying to ID it - maybe back up a little for 2-3 more pics?
  13. Looks like a CAC striped opaque (?) that was in a fire. I have seen some similar looking marbles from a fire.
  14. Article? In the actual newsletter? No link showing here for me.

Only thing US-wise would be an odd Vitro.
  16. I am truly sorry to read this. My prayers and condolences to you and your family.
  17. That one looks foreign.
  18. Looks like a possible Peltier Rainbo.
  19. I was very surprised and saddened to hear this. My best to his family and friends.

Yes, more views of each marble would be helpful for ID.

Or use Paint if it shows as an "open" option when you right-click on the picture in your folder on the computer.
