  1. One of my favorite Vacors. I think they are beautiful! I may or may not have one. It looks very much like the one smack dab in the middle of your group.
  2. I agree, they look iridescent on the site and in the right lighting these can look extra shiny. I am thinking I was right in the first place as they are Mexican made. So . . . back to editing the title and I'm naming these "Thunderbolts" and they are moving in with my extra loose Vacors.
  3. Check this marble out. https://froschkoenigspiele.ch/artikel/murmel-35mm-thunderbolt/ Looks very close and if you read this German site in English, it is called a Thunderbolt II, (thanks Mojo) from House of Marbles and made in Mexico. mehbeee?
  4. Thank you all for the hekp! I wonder what they are? They seem very happy and are getting along in my tray of 5/8th Jabo marbles. I'd like to know so they can go in the right group.
  5. I did have these as Rooster though and they are quite different than in post 1. Unless . . . they are weak Roosters?
  6. Woah Nelly! Wowzer, thanks a lot! Joe2 you're awesome. Now to edit the title and get to the YMCA. (in the snow) Thank you!
  7. I figured I can do this. Been working on these loose stray Mega Marbles and gathered them for pictures. I named the images after what these are. There are 4 I can't ID yet. I did try, honest. All but 4 I have found the names for of these. I was hoping somebody or a couple of you could name these last 4 for me. Thank you. =============== These three white swirls have a light sheen to the outer surface but not near as much as the second pair which are a lot more iridescent. They look similar but I don't think they are the same. These red ones are quite nice with swirls inside a transparent red interior. The yellow one is actually quite clear and colorless on the inside but has a small patch and some streaks of yellow covering some of the surface which makes the interior look yellow too.
  8. Sorry about that. Oh how dumb I feel with that post. I think I had these in a tray with Mega Marbles and I am now sure I just stuck some Jabos in there a few nights ago and I bagged these up while sorting the Megas. So tell me yes, these are Jabo classics.
  9. See third post. Sorry about that. Lilac Purple base, Green and Baby Blue patches or stripes. Sorry for the bad pictures but I think if you saw these before you will recognize them and might know what they are. Please give me the nickname. I am pretty sure these are Mega Marbles. Thank you.
  10. Ahhh Nice contents from the bag Tommy. Even better than I thought but that's not all of them is it?
  11. That net looks like it's holding a lot of marbles. Oh what fun to go through.
  12. I think they mean the glass that the cold cream was in. That it may have been used to make the marble.
  13. It's a paperweight now. A nice one.
  14. I guess the title says it all. It is a pretty thing, better than my pictures. It is old I think, I've had it many years. It always catches my eye when I go rooting through and sorting. 5/8th about. I want to say Heaton Agate THANK YOU!
  15. I'd like to say who did me this solid but I won't because it might be best I don't put him on the spot. I am quite thrilled with an exchange that certainly was great for me. Ooooooooo and how awesome are these marbles. and I am a big Jabo fan, especially the fancy ones. There were also a couple amazing gifts. I mean amazing! I'll post them another time. I am blown away. You know who you are and thank you so much.
  16. Third is gray-ish. Thanks a lot Ric. That was a good learning exercise for me too.
  17. Very cool, you must have a long bed pickup to get all those home. I see a lot of Mega Marbles and Mineral Spheres.
  18. Okee doke. I see a couple light fractures I didn't see before. Thanks a lot!
  19. Top right with better images. I do like this not so flashy marble. Is it still Vitro? If so does it have a catagory name?
  20. I do think these are Master Comets. So they are set aside together for now. I think I see them in this Stephen Bahr video at 1:52
  21. Thanks! I narrowed things down a bit. Pulled these Vitro Conquerors and they are in with their Vitro kin.
  22. I don't think so now because that is more green than aquamarine. and according to Stephen Bahr, I need a red ribbon opposed to a blue ribbon for a Buttermilk. I saw that color too awhile back and wondered if it was the color of buttermilk but thought it might be a little light. Well with some hope and imagination, I can make out a blue patch with a thicker darker border that sort of joins the red ribbon and resembles a ribbon? I have identified this one as a nice Type 3 Vitro Tiger Eye now. I went to Joes Marbles and these colors are exact for several of his Peltier Rainbo examples. I am pretty sure this is a Peltier after looking at how some multi colored swirls are slapped together on Joes Marbles.
  23. Thanks Ric. I'll get back on this thread soon with follow-up.
