Peltier Blue Panda’s

Right one is 5/8 and dark navy blue

Left is .687 is more pale blue   
 

Are both blue pandas?

I think the one on the left is a polar bear idk . Not the best with names

The left one may be a NLR or National Line Rainbo.

The right hand one is very a good example of a common Rainbo imho.

I do not do names either--lets call in @Fire1981 and @Chad G.for an opinion here.

@Ric  yes light passes thru but it’s impossible to tell what that base color is.
