  1. Cool mib regardless. the fun part of this hobby is that it is whatever the owner wants it to be. When they pass it on to the next caretaker, they can call it whatever they wantšŸ™ƒ

  8. Our house has 5 separate modes plus 3 aerial (parrot) alarms. Doesn’t matter if by land, sea, or the skies, we are covered. have you ever seen one of these? https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2016/01/18/paradigm-srp-talon-remote-weapon-mount-hands-on-impressions/

  11. I am giving away roughly 30 bags of random mibs tomorrow to kids, 6 to 12, at a local antique show. Is there an inexpensive booklet that can accompany the bags? I know this is a late request but even links to websites are appreciated. Looking for entry-level information. The field needs new participants.

  16. My dad started working at a Rexall drugstore in the 50’s in Albuquerque while going to pharmacy school. He was that soda jerk for 4 years until he got his degree. Went straight into pharmaceutical sales with Parke-Davis for 41 years. Loved the store work but hated his career. He did it to provide for his family, which I greatly appreciated. My brother followed in his footsteps, but I refused. Brother worked for Pfizer for 30 years, retired very well off but absolutely no hobbies. Me, I joined the Navy to stay out of jail and see the world. Got my GI bill and went to school for mechanical engineering. Been my own boss since 1999, self employed since 2007 with no employees. Loving every day of it, with crazy friends like you guys who drool over little glass orbs🤣🤣🤣
  17. Italso depends on how many color variations there are. Some color combos are very rare and bring big$$$. I think Dani once told me there are several hundred combo?
  18. This also applies to reading glasses and coffee cups. I have maybe 6 of each dispersed around the house at any one time.
