    Looks like walnut. The table and side table, plus the fireplace mantles and headboard/ bench we have is California walnut. We also have a Redwood coffee table.

    It needs to go to a museum, they are very rare. The shaft has tortoise shell veneer.

    A “friend” and I decided to herd some cattle using BB guns…we were 9 years old. I learned a great lesson that day from the owner.

    I found the knobs at 2 different stores in Snohomish, WA. The razor came from Maltby Antiques, and the box came from TroyBeck antiques in Snohomish. TB is closing down at the end of the year, it will be a crazy sale.

    Thanks, Tommy. We haven’t been to the store where I found the marbles in 6+ years. We moved in 2017 to the Kitsap Peninsula. Cobweb antiques in Monroe, WA. They are downsizing after 50 years, lot of great buys.

    Todays score👍 Spent the day with my wife cruising antique stores! the box will hold ~150. I can’t resist an old inexpensive straight razor.
