  1. I'd say a newer Marble King.
  2. Nice size and nice color too!
  3. Jumpin' Jimminy man, that's a killer!
  4. I certainly don't have the intrepidity it's going to take . . .
  5. I think you'll be lucky to get a good ID on this one, Art. It's kinda amorphous.
  6. The middle, pinkish, one is a Vitro Conqueror.
  7. I think #1 is a JABO and I'll have to think on #4 a bit . . .
  8. A couple of 25 count Ravenswood Buddy mesh bags . . . When I found them it looked like they'd spent 50 years in a chicken coop and they were filthy so I pulled the marbles out and cleaned everything up. The headers were disintegrating when I found them so they're displayed like this in a pin-case now.
  9. That's a dandy marble, Art! At 9/16" My first thought is an exceptional Ravenswood . . . my second thought is Sistersville Alley.
  10. Some folks collect eggs too. If you like them you can always try to collect more. 🙂
  11. There There are some folks who go out of their way to collect footballs. Their best ones have two pointed ends - apparently they're a bit harder to find.
  12. Thanks for the much better pics - I agree with Akro.
  13. It's hard to see much detail in the pics.
  14. Ric

    .56 trio

Appears to be an Akro patch on the right and a couple of lazy corkscrews on the left.
  15. Some nice finds there - the pink one is great. The fired clay marble is often referred to as an Akron Roller but I am not sure they were made by AM&T Co.
  16. I would say most likely newer MK double patches but sometimes these types and similar Vitros can be tough to tell apart.
  17. Man, I see what you mean about a light polish on the big one - it really does look sweet! The others ain't too bad either. Great snags!
  18. I think you're doing remarkable work for having just started. My favorite in this group is the blue and green one, for sure. And I definitely see the snake head on that last one.
  19. Alley definitely wouldn't shock me. And just FYI, the term "diaper fold" is usually associated with a specific type of fold found on CAC marbles. Check this post for a good example.
  20. If you consider your first pic the top of the mib, I think a pic of the front (the side facing the bottom of that pic) would go a long way toward a correct ID.
  21. It's hand gathered and machine rounded so it is a transitional. And it looks like a good possibility of being an American Agate too.
