  1. Does this one glow under UV light?
  2. The reflections really add nice dimension to the overall look of it.
  3. The red, yellow and blue one is a cool marble but it doesn't look like any Peltier Rainbo I have ever seen. The colors look more Vitro, but again, unlike any I other Vitro I have seen too.
  4. There are some interesting ones. The ones that caught my eye first are these:
  5. Would it really surprise you if there were some hand-made ones out there? In many cases, machines are made so things that were once hand-made can be mass produced - just like glass marbles. 🙂
  6. I was thinking more like the mechanical toys, loaders, conveyors and that sort of thing. I'll bet @wvrons would have some ideas.
  7. I think some of the hollow ones were packaged with old Wolverine toys.
  8. It's an oddball - looks like an Inky base.
  9. It's Vitro - might be a Blackie but it looks a bit more like a Yellow jacket to me. Either way, it's missing some color - yellow for a Blackie, likely red or blue for a Yellow Jacket.
  10. Here's the Specifications Page
  11. I just noticed, it says No. 0 on the bag but the mibs are 1/2" - those would be No. 000 here, right?
  12. It's a modern marble. Not sure who did the printing but I don't think JABO.
  13. I think the blue & white could be Alley too - that's batch glass white, for sure.

    Odd cats eye

Foreign, for sure. I've seen some where the only fractures are in the vanes, but this one looks like it's got a big fracture in the base glass too, and they can look pretty weird.
  15. Hmmm, flaming eagle is new to me too. Which marble are you talking about? I'll guess the green based one on the left?
  16. Where is that reflection in the marbles coming from? It look pretty cool.
  17. The bag and mibs are new to me - nice wee ones, though.
  18. Rick! Nice to have you back here! I'll be interested in the WV swirls, of course.
  19. This is the first one I've seen - kinda cool. The design looks like it's been applied to the marble, but I have no idea, who, what, where or when.
  20. The ones on the left in the first pic do look like "gems" - they are usually relatively uniform in size and shape. The others look pretty random - much more like "production fails", IMO.
  21. I think those are going to be pretty cool, Joep - colored "purees" might look even better. 👍
  22. NIce Vitro Tri-Lites - Aquamarines on the right, I think.
  23. Nice displays! Is it wrong that this is what really caught my eye? Those are some nice fish too!

    Stone Marbles

I have no clue what kind of stone, but I would be interested to know too.
