I do think it's called a Blue Boy, and I think they were made sometime in the early 2000s but not entirely sure. They also did red/orange and white ones (maybe more) I have no idea if they are named or not.

Here's some I posted in West Virginia Wednesday

I'm having a hard time seeing a pontil. It might just be the fact that this one appears tough to photograph - not too uncommon with monochrome marbles. Does it look like any of the pontils shown in this thread?
-
I agree, it's one of the newer marbles, jabo contract. DAS or Sammy.

The colors are not any Vitro that I recognize, Tommy. I think it's a JABO from one of the contract runs - or a DAS, or a SMM, I suppose.
-
These single color swirls on white can be really tough to ID with any real certainty. Although, I don't think it's a JABO. Champion and Alley would be my guesses - in that order.
-
That's what I'm thinking too - can't really imagine what else it would be, but maybe my imagination just isn't good enough. 🙂

@Jeff54 I just realized how much your "Halloween" resembles some Clowns. Do you think they are related - beyond both being Peltiers? 🙂
-
I agree with MFC too.

Ha . . . I just noticed that two of the marbles switched places but maintained the same side showing - woops!

Thanks, Art - that marble is from Ron, and it is a dandy.

I think these actually are from the Mylee run. The problem was that I didn't recognize the "Mylee" name. All I remembered was that it was a pre-Joker tank wash. They range in size from 1/2" - 5/8" with most around 9/16" - some have a bit of lutz bling in them too. Turns out, Jake and I were at that run! This photo was taken that weekend outside the Belleville Inn, which is what we used to call Ron's place. I hope they're still hanging together, with brother Billy too - may they all rest in peace. 🙂

I don't think it was from the Mylee run. Let me see what I can dig up - it may take a while.

I would not have expected you to. These things are quite rare and the ones without any added "bling" have fooled far more seasoned collectors.
-
That is a rare JABO contract marble. I don't remember which run. I'll post a few more a bit later.

That's a really nice marble!

I agree the color scheme is pretty typical but the thing that has me thinking about this one is the lack of a flip-flop in the ribbons and the amount of bright white in that "patch" on one pole. To me, that bright white and how much of it there is looks really different for a typical Peltier Rainbo with this combination of glass. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen many, if any, others quite like it, and I like it better than most.

Bingo! Again, I ask, what's the point? 🤣 Thanks Chad!
