  1. Thanks Mr Shepard, i did not know until last night that Aquamarines came in shooter size, this is just great, now ill be on the hunt LOL Thanks again Ron
  2. He is describing it wrong IMHO, the Guineas made by Jabo don't look like that one...
  3. Very pretty mib there, but are you sure it's Vitro ? to me it certainly has the colors like one, but those seams look very much like a Akro or Master, with the long straight on one side and the Deep V on the other, that's usually a Master trait. But at that size ??? Regardless very cool marble
  4. Heres what Lizzy posted in that thread Edna, not sure about the green and Aqua milks but this is what she posted.
  5. Well maybe we won't have to wait on Ron, if you dig hard enough on these marbles forums you'll usually find what you are looking for Ron Says: Looks like this is a good example after all with lots'O'butter
  6. Thanks again Edna for bringing all your knowledge to the table and sharing with us. So i think i may have a Vitro Butter Milk, would you guys say this is one ?It has the Red ribbon on the opposite side.
  7. Sheez Dani don't take all of the fun out of it for him, let the man do some wheelies, plus if you look closely it has Wheelie bars on the back, just don't go jumping any big ramps or anything and you'll be ok. Congrats Weldon and Edna, i'm glad Weldon gets to join in on the fun now with you guys
  8. Ermm, Marie have you even posted on here for anyone to reject you ? or did i miss something ?
  9. I'm sorry but i don't see this is relevant to marbles at all, there is already negativity starting in this thread...
  10. Dani, my father and i have like 4 garages and a few pole barns full of old toys and antiques, i can have a look if you want me to, there are boxes of stuff we have picked up at auctions that we have yet to sort.
  11. Just awesome mibs there Dani, and Edna your Vitro collection is flat out amazing! Nice pic Winne, she always takes such good pics. Hmm, 3/4 Helmet i don't personally have one, i'm guessing there Rare, ive never really seen to many of them, are the opaque faced ones Harder To Find ?
  12. D&E please do share some pics, i always enjoy looking at your pictures...
  13. Theres one on there now, looks to be legit also, has some wear but still look like a Butter Milk to me, i would bid but it looks a little to rough for me... Forgot link BUTTER MILK LINK
  14. You guys are more than welcome to change it, i like the sequel part deuce Ok since we got off on to the Butter Milks, any pics of these bad boys ?
  15. Well knowing that the shooters are probably pretty rare, what about the 5/8's size ? are they HTF to or just flat out rare ?
  16. Edna that thread was awesome, i really enjoyed it, ive probably read and looked over it 100 times, but there wasn't much on the high end Vitros, like Buttermilk's, Aquamarines, Superiors n stuff, so i though why not give it a go ! I hope to see some more types of Aquamarines and Variations. Dani is that a Buttermilk in there ???
  17. It should be Ann if we can get everyone to join in, ill post the first mib i think is a Aquamarine by Vitro, lets see if it really is one and what the value may be! Size is 9/16
  18. This thread is going to be dedicated to Vitro's since there always over looked, and considered Common (well most anyways) funny thing is you hardly ever see Tri Lites or Elites, or Superiors, or any of the Higher End Vitro's for sale on eBay unless there Parrots or Commons. I know this has been covered before, probably ten million times, but i wasn't around then to join in on the fun and learning experience. So is everyone a closet Vitro collector ? What ones are HTF ? What ones are RARE ? What are they worth ? What about Vitro Aquamarines ? How common/htf/rare are they, and what would be the value ? Does anyone on here have some they would like to share pics of ?
  19. Bill i think this one also belongs in the Killer alley thread ! Nice Alley!
  20. Kid of an odd looking Vitro, well to me it is anyways, with it having the 3 colors... Any particular type here ?
  21. Looks like somebody has a Akro Superman fetish hehe, Nice Akro's !
  22. I know who it was also, funny thing is i remember doing the same thing, i had a few Miller Swirls, and i posted one or two and was told there was no such thing as Miller Swirls, i actually debated the same thing, that there is no way that many marbles where an accident... All good though, glad to see some evidence surfaced, it's threads like these we should all soak in and learn from. Thanks Mike.
  23. So they where actually called Miller Machines ? i can't remember who it was, but they said they never existed..
  24. Yep, check out some of these, there opaque black.... some of the brushes and ribbons actually dive down and back out if that makes sense, so they appear on the surface and below it, then some of them actually had like little clear channels... I can dig through some of my Masters i have left and see if i have nay Opaque ones left..
