Hiya Hmmmmm ... if I didn't know the overall age of your group, I might have thought this marble came from about 1990 -- an Anacortes Vitro. However, since I do know the age of most, I'll say maybe Akro.

Still wish I could see the ends of the blue ribbon ... but I agree with Galen ... that's a machine-made marble. Pretty sure Akro Corkscrew.

Hi Chris. I don't see anything which looks to me like it was from a mold. These are handmade, from Germany, from late 1800's to early 1900's. With only one view of this one, I won't say for sure, but from this one view, this looks like it could turn out to be an Akro corkscrew, from the 1930's. Solid color marbles can occasionally be special, but they're usually considered "game marbles" and were made by many companies. What size is this one?

Wasn't familiar with Night Gallery before I saw it in MeTV. To me it generally feels like a ghost story I walked in on the middle of. I expect when I finally watch the new X-Files I'll find something to like about it. But I also expect I'll be as annoyed with it as I was with the 2008 movie. The 2008 movie basically made it like the series never existed. Completely undid the story which climaxed in a huge way at the series finale. And I not happy. <--- understatement Very annoyed, very annoying fangirl about X-Files.

Looks like it would be a lemonade with a little twist ... yes? So that would have been made in a Moss Agate run.

I don't remember ever seeing the blue and orange ones. Today though my favorites are the red and yellows. They make me think of fall leaves.
