In the top left view the light stops me from seeing the upper edge of the patch. However, based on the top right view and the nonmetallic parts of the colors, and possibly the little bit of glow, I'm leaning Peltier.

Totally looks Akro to me. I don't know the name. It kinda bothers me that there are some Akros which I can't identify the company name for, but there are.

"black light" vs. "back light" Two different diagnostic tests I'm not seeing "lemonade" in the photo. Would expect lemonade to fluoresce under black light.

It was the calligraphic motion of the ribbon which made me think Alley. I don't know enough about the range of patterns in CAC ribbons though.

Someone reminded me of the little box here: "1931" Collection A 1931 comic strip, marbles which look like they came from close to 1931. And a little Japanese box. Always possible that someone got the little box separately and tucked it in later. But if we're going by general age of group .... -

"In my Japanese box are all kind of different cut off" That is good information! Maybe you could arrange your box so that they're all pontil end up and get a photo. -
