  1. I have transparent green Jackson’s that are UV reactive. My Ravens and Alox are not UV reactive. The white isn’t spread out across the whole marble on any of the Jackson’s though like yours
  2. Actually, the fact that the white is UV reactive is EXTREMELY helpful in this situation. I haven’t really even checked any of my simple transparent green swirls to see what’s UV reactive and what isn’t.
  3. And these are also transparent green Ravenswoods in the upper right of a different type (although some people believe the group is Champion).
  4. There are lots of UV reactive JABOs, but that’s just for informational purposes for you
  5. Hahaha. Of course there are JABOs like that too…but wasn’t even going to go there.
  6. Simple Transparent swirls are tough to accurately attribute unless they have obvious pattern clues. Here are examples of the transparent green Ravenswoods I have in my collection for a comparison. Mine are Ravenswood for sure in this case
  7. There are a couple in the middle column that show how swirly this type can get. These are just different variants of this color combo in this 2003 3/4” run.
  8. It’s a JABO Classic circa 1999
  9. I do have a great marble story from my Uncle who took the lead shot out of a shotgun shell, replaced with a marble, and somehow managed to put a hole through one ceiling and out the roof of my grandmother’s house. I can only imagine the trouble he got in. I can’t remember more details other than that it wasn’t shot out of a shotgun and was set off on the floor somehow.
  10. I grew up in the 70s and 80s and unfortunately the only bag of marbles I had were Asian made coke bottle cats. Hard to believe I even got interested in marbles with that history. However, my mother had a single small jar of marbles that she added to whenever she found a stray that was randomly in our dining room. My Dad had a small container of marbles I never even knew he had stashed away that he gave me after I started collecting.
  11. I believe 1996 on the first 3/4”
  12. I already dated this one as from the 2003 3/4” run when I showed the pic
  13. If there are other makers who made 3/4” swirls with the colors of opaque blue, transparent orange, opaque white, and black/dark gray like this it would be worth sharing pics of them all.
  14. Proof not truth, is what I said. You showed an excellent picture of the marble with the others and are positive it is old which means there really is a Time Machine in existence if it’s a JABO.
  15. The top two left marbles are examples from the stage of the 2003 3/4” run of JABOs that created the marbles that look like this. I have no desire to attack anyone’s memories…but I do want JABOs to be correctly IDed/attributed. This exact situation has come up many many times before and I am trying to help without starting conflict. Any chance maybe there was also a Pelt in that size and colors in your collection too? They are similarish. Maybe there is another maker’s marble just like this too in color and size…it’s possible.
  16. As I said, time traveling JABO. There’s the proof.
  17. I believe its a JABO Classic that went through a time warp to Fire1981's childhood. I have heard it so many times it has to be real (time machines).
  18. I believe the specific marble you are asking about is a newer DAS or JABO.
  19. Everybody assumes it is an air bubble, but when you examine it in hand with a loupe, there is actually a peewee sized clearie inside the marble. Received it in a large group from that run. I imagine somebody had to do it on purpose, but don’t know.
  20. I think the two best marbles in the last group are the Asian imperials, but there are several makers in that group
  21. Second group are mostly Champion with a stray JABO or 2.
