  1. That set doesn't glow but the ox was too good to pass up, definitely a matched set, thank you for the compliment Jean by the way, nice mibs !!
  2. "Thanks Ric" Here's the pitcher & 3 of the four Plates, the small saucers just have a dash of ox in the center.
  3. I always thought it was a Tomato that was considered a fruit ...
  4. Smore Akroware for this "Sunday's Best" the inside of another matching cup
  5. One of my favorite pieces of Akroware fo this "Sunday's Best"
  6. Looking all Akro IMO

    Popeyes

They probably got snuffed if anyone caught them
  8. I wasn't looking for anything just noticed this one was a little different so into the keeper box it went. Came in a lot, I can't remember what else was in it ?? The only one like it I've ever seen besides in pix on the forum.
  9. Av has several colors but never gold like lutz, you may have a trace of av but so slight I can't see any, I see what I believe to be bubbles ?? Wish I had better news, still a nice marble If you had lutz or av you'd see sparkles of some kind w/ a loupe, I'll admit sometimes the av is very fine and can only be seen under a light w/ mag.
  10. I lucked out and found one of those in the wild, I think Ron was the one who finally gave a positive ID on this one, I'd had it for some time but hadn't seen any others so I kept it.
  11. Maglites are too dark to see through w/ the naked eye, the OP is transparent IMO
  12. Agree, Banded Transparent IMO. I have heard of some newer collectors calling them "Clear (transparent) Indians" but if you ask me it's just adding to the confusion. Indians are typically opaque black based, the biggest one shown in this group is actually a dark transparent green color, a "maglite Indian" An underlit view of the Dark green Maglite Indian w/ (ghost core)
  13. Agree, not seeing any lutz

    Popeyes

I believe I'm seeing a transparent clear base here w whispy white strands ?? If so this is a killer Popeye, even if it's a multi color cork it's still a killer. A few close up shots, especially of the base would really help out in determining the proper I.D.
