I had a BB gun fight w/ the neighbor, I had a Benjamin pump pellet gun and he had a one pump daisy, you can guess who won. I call it my "one shot wonder" Later that day as his Father was digging the pellet out he banned me from his house for life.

Time to bust out the "Big Boys" An old tinted Blue glass Japanese fishing net float. Covered in what's called "oil netting" . The thing is really heavy, the glass must be around 1/4" thick in the thin spots. I got it at the coast from a vendor Friend of mine for my Sister who collects floats. You oughta be well associated w/ these Brad, probably picked one up off the beach, though it's a very, very rare occasion anymore to find an original float like this one.

Guess I could call this a "fountain marble" though it's not made of glass but acrylic. They tore out the old fountain at the hospital and this is what was used to splay out the water at the top. A lucky find "I guess"

I agree, like the recent pelt I was sent. I had just got used to the name "mustard & relish" & then I was sent one w/ the new name of "Sunflower" ?? Never was much of a name chaser, if I like it, I like it, no matter the name !!

A real beauty and VVHTF w/ a left hand twist and in this huge, near 2" size. Just wanted to post this rarely seen mib. LINK : https://www.ebay.com/itm/125149392353?hash=item1d237c2de1%3Ag%3AzvAAAOSw09ZiCv81&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&campid

Yes, the opaque grey is HTF @ least in my world. I've only seen one Greycoat, the patter and colors were outstanding "but" the marble was beat to smithereens, so unfortunately far beyond even wanting to own it.

"ANOTHER FANTASTIC" "West Virginia Wednesday" Both of these came in separate lots, and both not from any purchase of dug mibs although they probably were dug ?? Not perfectly mint but very close to it. They do resemble certain W. Va. mibs (in my opinion) Just interested in other views as to what you think their origin to be ??

Peltier Greycoats are usually 13/16ths or bigger and generally considered Miller Machine marbles ; i.e. usually exhibiting one or no seams. LINK : https://marbleconnection.com/topic/23646-peltier-confederates-vs-gray-goats/ Confederates are Rainbo's and have a grey base as far as I know LINK : https://marbleconnection.com/topic/23646-peltier-confederates-vs-gray-goats/

Compared to me you're on top of it Lucky Dog !! Alley made some beauties alright, second only to Peltier for me as far as machine-mades go. A personal choice !!
