"Welcome to Marble Connection Kim" Definitely machine made, my guess on manufacture is Imperial as a first, maybe Master. Onionskin is a handmade German marble, not sure what a "green onion' is ??

Another one for this "Sundays Best" a Hot House Glass" product sent to me as part of a trade I made w/ a marble Brother from overseas, so has been over & back again, 9847 miles round trip before it finally got home. I think this ones called cotton candy ? Not sure ? Anyway one of my favorite contemps.

This is what you should see when you look @ mica flakes, I see a lot of what appears to be (round) air bubbles in yours, possible internal fracturing ? can't really explain the rest ??

VVHTF in my book, in fact I've never seen one like it. I've had several bifurcated marbles i.e. (two different colored base glasses) but never had one w/ both different colors & one half transparent and the other half opaque. The description may be off but still a very hard to come by marble @ least in my book. Opinions on this one would be great !! I tend to think somethings up, all the mibs have a burnt core (dark filament) in the center & nearly the same size, like they were all made in the same place or possibly by the same person ??, they might be newer than everyone suspects ?? I also noticed no apparent damage to any of them which seems strange to me for antique marbles ??

I suppose this might have been a one day auction, I never spotted it earlier. Anyway the biggest transparent green ribbon lutz I've ever seen, to bad it had the single chip near the pontil. Still an outstanding example of a very rare marble, rare @ this size anyway.
