Thanks Al, great Akro's, love all the multi twister's.

I don't use a flash, that's how I remember you talkin about it is your flash causing the dot's, oh well nobody else is worried about it and I can't do anything about it so I'll just accept it.

Here are my favorites, about this many more prize name's and some odd's and end's layin around somewhere ? How did you get rid of all those light dot's when in macro Steph I only use 1 bulb ?? (2nd pic. )

Hey Bill ya snuck some in when I wasn't lookin,( I should say when I wasn't payin attention ) don't think I've ever seen em like the white one's w/ the wavy patche's before, I must be blind " obscure for sure "

I vote "Modern" CAC Guineas don't have any pontil's, they're machine made not hand made and show either a single seam or a double seam. 1 of 3 color's clear, cobalt or amber. If it truly has any real pontil it's not a CAC guinea. I can't really make out a clear seam anywhere in the pic's. CAC really not my forte though, just saying what I know about Guineas. Kelly Schmidt make's some contemporary Guineas that have seam's and no pontil's, very much authentic looking. Steph is the moderator, she'll give you a good opinion and a go to person.

There's the difference, I sold my house to my niece and moved into a 2 bedroom appt. what a difference. I had to say goodbye to @ least 1/2 of my stuff, I just left all my tool's, lawn care etc... w/ the house I sold my niece. guess I never needed that much anyway. That's thinkin ahead, Good build

I keep thinking space but it's not here, I'll post some pic's of my humble abode later, wish I had the room you do. "Uh" more Akro creepin into the wood work, it's kinda contagious isn't it. " very nice collection's " ( I'm also glad all that smoke is gone whew !! )

This about half Bruce, 99% went w/ my divorce in 09. Catchup is sure takin a long time, I only find 2 or 3 nice big coats a year now. The price of the 1" and over has gone beyond my mean's. I did get a small percentage of some nicer one's back in the year's since, probably about 1/4th of what I had as far as coat's go. The bigger hand mades I have more of. " Thanks for the compliment Bruce"

Way to go , not all marbles but all kool, love the shift knobs and the knives, especially the hand to hand in the first display case. I also have resorted to my wall which isn't a bad choice. That's where I should've gone in the first place. I forgot all about my shadow boxes, those houze lighter's and old shift knob's fit right in w/ those hand mades. " first rate schmoozer love it "

These are some of the best coats I ever owned, many w/ aventurine. Many @ near or over 1". Again these pic's taken by my friend Terry. It's long I know I had trouble restraining myself, these are my favorite type of hand made marbles bar none. Another nearly 2/3rds covered with AV. the most I have ever seen on a coat, size is .78" getting real hard to find the 1' not beat to smithereens.

Grey flaming dragon rainbow, not what I would consider a full fledged grey dragon due to the lack of a real ribbon structure but still a rare dark grey base w/ the fiery flaming colored ribbons.
-
This is my old Wiger ( so named by Marble Alan ) av. not being a requirement, this one display's none. I believe to be considered a Wiger the mib has to have equal amount's of red and orange. These pic's of my marble's where taken by a very close friend almost 10 years ago.
-
Not a cow ( brown base ), wasp ( red base ), wiger ( red and orange eq. mix ) or a tiger ( orange base ), very dark rust red base w/ av. ribbons ?? Just another Pelt obscurity.
-
Another obscurity, grey base, rust red ribboned so called juggernaut after the 70's comic book character. In hand the base look's like concrete.

Invite accepted, I will mail you Chuck. Regards, Chad G.

Excellent Bruce, I believe allot of people who collect have the space problem you and I do. I like the repurposed mib box you made " great idea", the wall mount I'm going to make will most likely also be repurposed wood. "Alright" I see fishin lure's and reel's etc. in the first pic, my little brother had a very nice collection before he passed, a bunch of wooden plug's and still in the box lure's I would stumble across the occasional old reel and give it to him. "Nice post Bruce", I enjoyed it very much./, bring's back some very fond memories of my little Bro. Regards, Chad G.

Same here Bruce , look's like you sort your patche's the same way I do, the only ones I'm halfway sure of I.D.'s is Peltier, the one's I really like are also separated out from the rest " nice mib's "
-
Very nice array Al, the transparent green also appear to be one of the more elusive one's for you as well, I do see 4 or 5 in your boxes, way ahead of the big "0" I have, " good show "
