  1. Comic's are all good, no not pontil's, first pic is chipping second pic look's like severe pitting, and I can't really tell from the pic but would agree w/ cheese, look's more a red color in your pics than oxblood. A pic of my comics for comparison, all are 11/16 except EMMA @ 21/32nds. Just one more to go "Annie" and you'll have the set. There's still 2 more comic type graphite print pelt's, "Tom mix" and an ad mib "Cotes master loaf" both will put a definite ding in your wallet VHTF, and VVHTF in mint cond.
  2. Yes another Champion furnace marble, and one of my favorite color combo's @ that, make's 2 you have Bruce. "Thanks for the pics". I do have a pee-wee I completely spaced out, it's in my pee-wee thread. I'll post it again here where it belongs, 1/2 " on the nose.
  3. Hello Stephen, just seen the 1st video you made w/ Ron, "fantastic" waiting with anticipation for new ones, keep up the great work Stephen
  4. Man you're killin me !! Never seen one quite like the second, beat or not I'd be for keepin it to, nice mibs, Thanks for sharing the pics man
  5. Never seen them before, of course I don't collect poly but still !! thanks for the pics Nantucketdink, what size of shooter's are they ??
  6. The only games I've seen them on is the small general Grant boards, both wooden & imitation I think I have some pics, hang on a sec. I'll look ( found them ) these are pics from an old Ebay sale, I've seen several small one's like this sell, the only one I've seen in person was a small solitaire game but the board wasn't wood. I can't for the life of me remember what it was made of, the box and everything was there, he wanted $300.00 for it so I shied away. Looking back I probably should have purchased it, some black in the ribbon core's and a few other thing's not real common to old hand mades, yes, every marble was a pee-wee looked as if they where possibly the orig. mibs, no fleas etc. I was tempted. Here's the pics. All German pee-wee, and look's like that's about as big as you can go on this board, I believe it sold for right around $175.oo this was several year's ago so just my best guess. It only came w/ 12 mobs not complete like the one I seen w/ 32., all ribbon core, these appear to be substitute's. Wish I had this board full of orig. very small but quite detailed. I love it !! I could only find one more, this one from Worth point.
  7. My birthday is on the 4th and my favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip !! a coincidence ?? Somebody somewhere knows somethin I don't. !! Great marbles man, keep em comin !! Thank you . " Glad to see your link's working again Chuck " Chad G.
  8. Good show gentlemen Enjoyed the Paul Bunyan mib history Ron, "a new one on me", great job all, thanks Stephen a most excellent idea for a video, really liked it.
  9. !!!!! Thanks Ron, some excellent mibs in anybody's book !! Somebody @ the factory had it goin on.
  10. The two top example's look almost as if they came off the roller's right behind each other, nice window's, I keep lookin for the clear coral but always has some type of irreconcilable damage, i.e. fractures or heavy use, maybe I just need to look a little harder, thanks for posting the pics, I'll stumble across a few good one's some day, keep's it interesting, by the way first time I've ever seen metalic in a coral marble. Nice!! Chad G.
  11. Can't wait !! Thanks for all the effort Chuck and all involved !! Who knows what will be found, a lasting memory that's for sure. Chad G.
  12. Glad to hear you're finally getting time to make extra room Steph. I live iv a 2 bed room apt. now and space is @ a premium around here. I have no choice but to box some up that I would much rather have on display. The reason I collected the stuff in the first place. Glad you liked the post, yes oodles of those pinchers around.
  13. "Nice pics Bruce", I know they where production oriented, maybe pumped out a lot of these, or not !! Have any ideas ?? Thanks for posting !!
  14. I have a few hand made examples, please post yours if you have them. 1 mica, 1 glazed clay and 1 banded agate. Most of these just came along w/ lots I bought a while back, the mica and a couple other's are extremely small, I've probably dropped them @ least 50 time's, thank goodness always on carpeting. Thanks, Chad G.
  15. I must get those wall mounted cases built, many already in box cases, I forget what's in them. everything full, creativity in my case , the mother of invention. Thanks for all the great ideas and the outstanding displays, maybe eliminate some non mib related stuff ??
  16. I've found some more patche's, oh joy, a bunch of my favorites a bunch multiple marble identifier's all present on one mib. w/ contention over their identification even between seasoned patch collectors. I'm still hangin on to them, some day ( I believe ) I will some day I will become proficient at their I.D., I hope.
  17. I had a bunch but didn't keep them because of condition, played w/ alot, just waiting to see if I get some more, not that desirable in the white base color mixes I know but I believe time will tell. Thanks for posting, get some pic's posted if you can , I just don't see alot, I know they're around and would like to see more. Thanks again. Chad G.
  18. A mix of some hand made and machine made, incl. glazed clay, mica, banded agate. I have some alley furnace and allay pee-wee's but I believe I have already posted them.
  19. Thanks for posting the pics Ron a piece of history going to be gone soon, needed something, @ least you get one more shot. Regards, Chad G.
  20. 3 pot ID's for Akro china. The 3rd is the thumb pot to small I think for a crow, every one I've seen only has a letter and #'s. Two of these are highly uv.
  21. Loving the new pics of the sept dig @ the Heaton site, wish I lived closer, like a treasure hunt , many new mib's and new one of a kind plastic bag found, hopefully another dig before it's covered up !! Not all of my marbles are wet , some of my favorite Akro's are dug examples. Steph posted pic's of the bag on a separate thread, looked @ the dig pics on AAM, posted by cheese, can't get enough.
  22. Here's the biggest one I have, plain jane yellow and white but in mint shape, not a whole lot of these big one's around still in good shape, or any shape for that matter.
  23. This a little Akro children's china thumb pot, highly uv., Small Akro china is one of my favorite marble related thing's to collect. The little clear spot on the bottom is a punch out for drainage, children punched almost all of these out, especially in the med. sized ones.
