Pelt it is...thanks so much my friends 👍

What looks like an Akro cork (that I think deserves individual shots in better lighting), and 2 Pelt Sunsets...

Happy Akro Friday...A couple of mibs, my favorite little Thumbpot, and a little baby blue"tumbler"...it's so difficult to see the blue in this piece. Tried my best 😊

Sorry about that! Didn't see the instructions about posting too the Calendar of events when I posted this! I'm actually excited about this one as it's only about an hour away from me 👍

Yeah, same here. I'm pretty sure I can cast but my left shoulder and chest area still is experiencing occasional numbness. Kinda tough when I can't feel my muscles there! I actually hurt my shoulder after a couple weeks at home trying to open a window. Yanked it up without thinking and pulled the heck out of it. Can't tell if my muscles were relaxed or at the ready when the area is numb! (That's what I get for not thinking before acting!) I'm just afraid that I my upper body couldn't hold up too a potentially long battle with a sizable fish. Takes the fun out of it for me because I want to do the work, not hand my rig over to someone else! Think I will stick to trout and panfish when I do go. The river Float closes at the end of October so hopefully this numbness subsides by then. It's been almost 3 months (April 26th) since the surgery! That itch too fish needs scratched!

I've got a couple just like this and always thought they were Jabo. Mine are about 0.60...we'll see with other opinions

Yep, I've got some...I've also got these two little "tumblers" that are a pinkish color, and with better lighting than I currently have, are also opalescent.

Nice and mild now, mid to upper 70's and tolerable humidity and dew points! BUT, by the time Monday rolls around, their saying the above "Big 3" are going up again...

The IUCN recently updated their list of endangered species and 100% of all 26 remaining species of Sturgeon are in danger of being extinct. That's up from 85% in 2009. I remember last year people were actually keeping Sand and Shovelnose Sturgeon, while the Lake Sturgeon and others were always "resuscitated" and placed back into the river. I haven't been fishing on the river yet this year, but I bet they are ALL getting put back now....

2nd one I could go with Akro, I have some similar (love the "earth" tones), but I kinda want to sneak Vitro in there?
-
Could be Jackson, Alox, something along those lines possibly?
-
Gotta love Vitro's 😊 The last one is almost like a clear based helmet that I didn't know was in the mix...

Super Nice Dave!!

Dozens of varieties...I'm sure most collectors can say the same thing! Man, I bet I haven't scored a good bunch of Pelts since last year in the wild!

I'm thinking I've got literally dozens of lvarieties of Rainbos. One thing I have never had time to do since I started collecting was separate all my variations. Just have them in jars, except for the known "good ones". Maybe I'll get around to that chore here soon 😊
