  1. This is a WVS with a blow hole--probably an Alley Agate--no Pelt here-- Whats up Fire--a PPP-really?? Marble--On!!
  2. Slags are always hard--nit picky for sure-- I will never stand my ground on a slag ID--the experts on these are dwindling as we all age. Killer slags are still a very base of marble collecting--sadley the knowledge base is being lost--- Marble--On!!
  3. Well--They are "flashy" enough for me my marble collecting friend. Dig some info up and get back asap. Love the insight--- Marble--On!!
  4. So am I Ric--maybe-- I would sort it an Akro though. I appreciate all opinions and look to see some more. The red is deep!! Marble--On!!
  5. This may be one Fire--just sayin. Marble--On!!
  6. LOL Fire--I will chime in as needed. Akro Slags came in so many variety's of coverage that I will not count this one out as one. There is a nice amount of white here for any maker---nice bright white--a hard one--for sure-- Ric has a good case--but I am with Chad on this one. For this size--I am not totally convinced that it it is not a CAC. Marble--On!!
  7. Nice marble Fire--I think that it is pre MFC--I do not go much beyond that. Maybe Brian Graham will add to this--I forgot his tag--help me out here--anyone-- Marble--On!!
  8. My research is done on the interweb nowadays--sadley--the green is all that I could find. PatryD could tell us more-RIP---She just loved these things! Marble--On!!
  9. Well--the bidding is getting pretty tuff-- Marble--On!!
  10. I see what you have cooking here and I agree--- There is limited info on what you describe as “Canadian slags”. Please feel free to inform us all (me especially). Take up a whole page if necessary—we all love to learn here. Thanks and Marble—On!!
  11. Great Job Chad, These "newer" MK's have messed me up more than once--they just look older--lesson learned--(I hope). Marble--On!!
  12. Nice observation slag marble. I was not really sold on Akro--perhaps you could share a few images of what you describe--I look forward to seeing them. Thanks--and of course-- Marble--On!!
  13. This type of marble has not been posted in quite awhile. A Peltier “Pearlized” Patch—very rare. @ 5/8” these will come with a small variety of base colors—blueish—grayish—whitish—brownish always with the green pearl patch as far as I can determine—this combo that I posted was always my favorite color combo. I am afraid that folks are losing track of what once was a highly desired find, If I could afford it—enough said. The stress cracks in the one that I display are common—just a matter of patch glass cooling vs base glass cooling. Peltier did not make many of these probably due to production problems as I describe above. I hope to see some more history of these rare marbles posted as they need some more recognition lately at least. Marble—On!!
  14. Nice Rainbo's Ric--I love the "True Muddies"--😁. Marble--On!!
  15. Akro X3--nice big one! Marble--On!!
  16. This is a tuff one to be sure. I would probaly sort it as a MK--an older--weird one. Marble--On!!
  17. Akro from my point of view anyhow---macine made--very nice-- More opinions are needed and always welcomed-- Marble--On!!
  18. Great images as well--very nice marbles!!! Marble--On!!
  19. This one may be a Jabo Contract Marble--just sayin-- Marble--On!!
  20. This looks like a "Bee" of some sort to me-- Marble--On!!
  21. Well, if there is any marble that looks like a bad foreign cat-eye—it is a Master Cat’s Eye. I think this one is from over-seas though. Just my humble opinion-- Marble—On!!
  22. Yes--but back in the day Cornelians were called bricks by collectors, especially the dark red ones. This is my stance with "Bricks"--if oxblood is not the dominate color--it is just a very nice swirl😁. Marble--On!!
  23. https://www.ebay.com/itm/325903061808?hash=item4be1561330:g:Dj0AAOSwzjdlY5wf&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA0Bf%2FYzjtohy%2B%2By6PU8NPxYSpc53%2FVkidrfFhfjz6Nif3L3z5Jp0U6Yh%2BlGGx5VnB%2BrYdN75z8a8SYYLXSrC3en0qve3lyvQqpjnmyCe%2F9ZuYmow%2FepsS1bE4VfzYjPv7x%2F1ztYPDAmi5Mc87sIxTgh7F1iRFiBZZQwapqkgWSsCh%2FWl9GjMZfzPYsw0WdUBsV2QvnWA56Ck5Oil9uydvPndFvmvuMHGlUIeIxaiIU7MPasEWLVqFRq38Fkaz3SILyAN8OJxmxkC5KVx8pqnkV%2FY%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR5ic-7CCYw This seller is straight up imho but I saw a learning experience here. These were copied so well that a lawsuit ensued and they had to start printing the bottom of the boxes with a heads up stamp under the marble holder--inside. There were quite a few that made it into the market without any such stamping. Buyer beware—only buy these boxes from a seller with a very good reputation. I wish this seller well—it does look like the real deal to me. Marble—On!!
