  1. If steelies were included well--sniff the net. This is an odd one. If you can sniff it and it smells like onion--well you know were I am going with this (maybe potato). Nets never came this big in my experience. Maybe 100 marbles in a net but that would be a stretch imho. Steelies were never sold in this form --- a mix--except for yours. Nice find--nice images. Marble--On!!
  2. I wonder what No 50 means and I wonder how many I have seen and tossed aside as Jabo? Marble--On!!
  3. Sorry, I missed the mesh bag. Do you have any unopened images? Marble--On!!
  4. “Imperial Marbles “is a name that comes from a west coast company that imported marbles from a variety of Asian and Mexican marble makers. Imperial never made marbles, they just imported them and repackaged them for sale in the USA. This is why you will find many variants of this type. Look up Imperial Marbles on E-bay and look at the fine print. They lay it out there from package to package. Some packages may include ten or more countries involved. It is surprising that so many look alike, taking this into consideration. The ones that you show are considered by collecors to be "Imperials"--Just a general term forced on to collectors by a west coast marble jobber who sold and packaged what they could cheap. 5. That bright, almost obnoxious yellow on a patch will almost aways be considered as an asian made marble by most of the older collectors. The loose cutlines with no form or function also add up. These are not new, they have been around for some time and they are commonly mistaken for Akro or Master. Research "Japanese pincher marbles" for a start. Nice Master by the way! Marble--On!!
  6. @Nantucketdink is thinking what I am-I think---- I hope. a Jabo Classic. I have seen plenty of these, too many to call it a Heaton. Marble--On!!
  7. Alley Agate sounds right to me. Marble--On!!
  8. WVS imho. Nice marble--pretty common imho. Marble--On!!
  9. Nice images once again. I would sort it as a Vitro--no names from me. The way that the blue shows up as a veneer over white points me in this direction. Marble--On!!
  10. I would consider this one a varient of a "Twister". @Mojo may have a few ideas here. Marble--On!!
  11. Lets ask @cheese for an opinion here. Marble--On!!
  12. X3--I agree with all. Marble--On!!
  13. Done deal, the book is mint. Thanks Steph! Marble--On!!
  14. Steve Ice, I suggest an introduction including some marbles to show who and what you are. I blocked you for a while until I recieved info that you are a good guy and welcome to posting here. This is a marble board after all--not a community that asks who/where are you on the board. We are not facebook. I will continue to block anyone looking for personal informaton until I can verify the sender to the reciever. Steph said you are OK and that is all that I needed to allow this post. In the future, keep it to marbles please. You can contact Steph via Personal Message @Steph. Enough said. Welcome back and of course--- Marble--On!!
  15. I am referring to the date stamped and the price shown. If they are both right--I better get back out there and find a few. Marble--On!!
  16. More Commonly known as "Fiesta". Check this link out if you are protected well enough--it is not secure. https://www.billes-en-tete.com/liste_billes.php I have no problems here but I am fit like the "Master Chief" as far as internet armour goes.
  17. It is a great marble but I suspect something is wrong here with the packaging. @Al Oregon, @Mojo and @Melissa may have a few comments to add here. Marble--On!!
  18. I have seen a few of these posted and I do not rember any confirmed ID's Fire. Great marble--no ID from me. Marble--On!!
  19. Alley Agate imho Fire. Marble--On!!
  20. Get some white light or even better-----sunlight on these marbles and future images. Use the Macro setting on you camera if possible, it will keep the images sharper at close range. A yellow background seems to work the best for me--per some advisement from a respected member here. If you are having any dificulties getting your images right--just ask and be rewarded. The first one appears to be an Akro Slag of the "Amber" variety. The second looks like it could be a Master Made Marble. I know that you try hard to get these images posted. Practice makes perfect--you will get it---- I am sure. Keep on trying and keep marbleing on!!
  21. It just might be a screwed up corkscrew--lol. Nice marble! Marble--On!!
  22. I bet that you did😁. I do lego in a south facing window just to soak up some sun during the winter. I am working on Mona Lisa now--just fun stuff that keeps the brain from fogging up too much. Marble--On!!
