  1. X2 with Ric. This one has a less than common green transparent base glass included. It looks like this one came from a beach either from the Great Lakes or the Ocean. I would be happy to find it on the beach during a walk. I just found a marble in my garden that baffles me--a railroad (industrial) marble---you all know--the greenish ones filled with folds---the tracks are about 200 yards away--lol. Maybe a crow picked it up and hid it just for me😁. I still picked it up and cleaned it like it was a gemstone. We all love this stuff. Marble--On!!
  2. Different for sure and worth a post Mister 408. What @Ric says is true and to the point. Marble--On!!
  3. Jabo X2--nice job with the images. This is a "Jabo Classic" or one made in the actual factory setting for sales around the world. These will be "Classic/Vintage" not to far in the future. Take good care of this type--very soft glass prone to hit marks. Marble--On!!
  4. It is a contemporary made marble. I cannot remember the name of the of the artist here in the USA but he/she did these quite well and they are/were expensive. I want to call them ---" Dragon eggs" but I am not too sure. I could never afford them--I still liked them though, still do. This one is a knock off from the OG. Maybe @Alan has a clue here to share with us. Marble--On!!
  5. You do not see many like this one--pretty cool regardless of the ID. X3 Marble--On!!
  6. I think that Ric is right on here. My second look lined up with his assessment. Marble—On!!
  7. Whoa! MK kicked to the curb here--X3. Nice one! Marble--On!!
  8. Nice finds for sure--That middle one made me drool on my shirt--mouth wide open--can't help it😁. Thanks for sharing them! Marble--On!!
  9. This one is pretty messy fo an Akro--or even a Vitro. Nice find--I cannot call it though. Maybe from the digs? Marble--On!!
  10. Me too--they sure took a look or two from me. Ya never know about weird colored Corkscrews--That was why I looked so hard--not--but still pretty cool. Marble--On!!
  11. I agree--hard to ID at this size--pretty weird. I would probably sort it as a Vitro., Nice images--great marble! Marble--On!!

    Champion?

The two colors push this one to a swirl imho. The red/orange and white one--just a very nice find and I cannot call it. Maybe @cheese has an idea? Marble--On!!
  13. I have no problem calling this one a Champion. @cheese may have a better opinion than I. It might just be a Ravenswood marble. Nice find!--Great marble!! Marble--On!!
  14. This is a hard one to call a Master--English is my humble opinion. Marble--On!!
  15. Too old for me--very cool Slag though Fire! Marble--On!!
  16. X2 I think that this one might just glow under blacklight--nice find. Marble--On!!
  17. Killer images--I agree with Ric though. Marble--On!!
  18. Popeye boxes did rarely involve this type of marble—oxbloods. It would never have been an “add on”—just part of a group of oxbloods in a “Popeye box”. Rare to find but “Popeye Boxes” have a list of different sizes and contents. We are all familiar with the basic “Popeye Box” but there are more out there in different sizes and contents. Marble—On!!
  19. Just a big ole Vitro imho.. nice one--I love the big ones! Marble--On!!
  20. Asian imho Fire. Vacor is not a thing here imho. Marble--On!!
  21. Size is always an issue and I consider this one to be around 5/8". I believe that you did some good research here and agree with you--nice find!! Great marble!! Marble--On!!
  22. Ok--great discussion though--I give up. Marble--On!!

    Help

Hmm--pretty weird @Ric there is ox invloved for sure but it is coupled with a greyish hue. I will back off of the Brick thing for sure--is it a contemporary made marble? I stiil lean towards vintage--but what? Marble--On!!
  24. I always appreciate an opinion on MK's questions from @Melissa. She does love this type and I appreciate any and all input from her. Marble--On!!
