  1. Thanks for the opinions. All are welcomed and more are needed and appreciated as always. I have searched this one today to no end. It is a fun one for sure---for sure😁. Marble—On!!
  2. Well, there is a bid on the next one, the Guinea. What is to be said about it? I say too bad, check us out here and be educated with your collection and you expenditures. Marble--On!!
  3. I would love to see them. It might just make a great post---well, --- greater💪. Marble--On!!
  4. It is a beauty. See how the oxblood can be brittle, it is a common thing with Akro Oxblood and others as well. Who knows why, an explanation may be in order from the more knowledgeable glass makers. I for one would love to see it—the explanation. Brian Graham, or others where are you?— Thanks if you do show up for this!! It would be a great learning experience. Marble—On!!
  5. It is 19/32” and slightly out of round. Marble—On!!
  6. Wow, I am the first to post here today??? I am glad that I took my time to represent😁. I was poking around my WVS today looking to fill a Ravenswood “Buddy” box and came across these three. The first one is a hair under 5/8”, the second one a hair over, and the third a hair under again. I do believe that they are WVS. Who made them? ---No idea-- but they did catch my eye, I still have a good eye for them. I am posting the first one in the ID section—Thanks for going there and giving your opinion. I still do not get the WVS Id’s that you all can make---the brain of a cork-head is a hard thing to break through. Thanks for all of your help—WVS brain dead am I---still trying. Marble—On!!
  7. Welcome for sure!! Show us what you have and expect some great id's on them all. We here are all always excited to see some new scores. Give us some nice clear shots, preferably in the sunlight, of three to five marbles. Crop them and give us your best attempt. I cannot wait— Marble—On!!
  8. Good stuff bumblebee--great marbles! Marble--On!!
  9. These Vacor "Sunsets" can be misleading. I will renew my search for some smaller ones. Thanks again to cheese for keeping me on my toes. Marble--On!!
  10. This one looks like an Akro to me. As always, more opinions are welcomed and appreciated. Marble--On!!
  11. I am not really sure that the “Royal” was even a production type; they may have all been dug. Akro did not do AV on purpose quite simply put. Some of the Akroware has it in abundance and it is usually in the green colored pieces but that was a whole different process. There is an Akro cork, "olive drab" on white that will show a little AV. It will take a lupe to see it and I am quite sure that it was not intentional. This is the only production corkscrew that I have seen it in on a regular basis. If you have one look it up. Here is my collection of this type and if you look real close you may see a few flakes. I also posted a “for sure dug” “Royal”, it may have had a few more well rounded “cousins”. Marble--On!!
  12. Blue man group--good one! I see more solids named as CAC or MFC every day. Marble--On!!
  13. Yes Chad, me too---Good job once again cheese. Marble--On!!
  14. If I had to pick one to see more of, it would be the middle one on the bottom row. What a great bunch of Pelts Chad--really great. Nice image/collage for sure! Marble--On!!
  15. Nice master my friend, very nice! Marble--On!!
  16. This is a nice clean one and it is just the best marble that I have in my Vacor stable. It is more than likely the most rare Vacor that you can find. A 45mm Vacor Atmosphere. I purchased this one from a Vacor dealer many moons ago—no doubt in my mind what it is. This baby is out in the sunlight, please forgive the picnic table reflections—this marble is as clear as they get. Marble—On!!
  17. I will throw Champion out there just for kicks and give this one a BUMP! Marble--On!!
  18. You are right, this one is Chinese. Unfinished pontil and all. I just dig the colors, just over 5/8”. Just imagine what they could make without all of the pressure of making many vs making quality. We have it good here in the USA and I will collect what I will. If you have a few Chinese made marbles that you like post them, I am not afraid to say that some are just killers. Marble—On!!
  19. This one is for Chad, I know how he loves natural light. It is 93 degrees and it feels like 110, the skeeters are out in masses. I did my best with a bunch of corks (I did get bit once or twice—even in the sunlight). My cat Ragnar is OK with corkscrews as long as they are in the shade today. Marble—On!!
  20. Not too shabby my marble collecting friend. Great images and great looking marbles as well. Marble—On!!
  21. I agree, A Vacor “White Tiger”is as close as I can come too. Does it have an iridescent (really shiny) finish? Marble—On!!
  22. Nope, $50-$60 maybe. Your search for these is well known Chad--back off ---or make an offer. It is a nice marble for sure but it could be 1 year old or less imho. Marble--On!!
  23. Hmm black MK cats?? I would love to see some. Marble--On!!
  24. It is a very nice color, I agree. Marble--On!!
