Well—it is “Peltier Tuesday” and why not ask for a Peltier opinion?? These shots are under very intense light. In hand, under a very bright handheld torchlight, it is as black as black can be. I found this one while getting some others ready for “Peltier Tuesday” in my “Pelt stash”. I still think, after all those years, that it may be a Pelt@ 9/16”. Give me your best shot!! ( it is not a Jabo—I refuse that from the start👇) Marble—On!!

This one makes you think. Have you ever seen a “Feathered” “Clearie”? The first image shows a backlit shot with flash. Notice the “feathering” in the base glass which is almost pink with the backlight. I just wonder what was going on with the Pelts “feathered” slag’s. The next two images are just shots of the same nicely “feathered” ‘purple” Pelt slag which is closer to 9/16” than it is to 5/8”, it would have probably been sorted as 5/8”. “Backlight them all” and of course---Pelt “feathered” slag’s just rock! Sorry Fire—this one was not in the “grab”. Marble—On!!

Nice find Mojo. I like the little dude on the bag. I would have cracked it open too. That marble in half tells the whole story---nice! Marble--On!!

Nice deep/bright white--nice deep blue. It may take some time to research older European makers but this looks like a batch made marble (from a recipe--not cullet) Do your thing Mojo, you have the resources. Marble--On!!

Very cool. I do not see many marbles with this much pink in them. Jabo made some----- Nice one whatever it is. Marble--On!!

Vitro I think. Is the transparent base glass really tinted or is it colorless? Cool marble! Marble--On!!

Slag. One of those that I would study to see if it is really red or orange ( they always turn out to be red) Probably an Akro. Marble--On!!

What kind of marbles does your friend make? This is a good starting point. Marble--On!!

These are all Vitro marbles from a game of “Solitary Checkers” from the West coast and I am looking for a backfill of 8. Please give me an estimate of the age and a name for these marbles. The hunt is on to finish this one. They are 5/8”—Thanks and—of course--- Marble—On!!

This one is a slag imho---No ID from me😁. It is a very nice looking marble!! Marble--On!!

Oh--it is pretty rare. The green pushes it away from Akro imho and Cheese naliled it on AAM. Marble--On!!

It may be an Akro---Just thoughts on my part. This type and color combo did get quite swirly. Marble--On!!

So small and yet so cool!!! There is some transparency that I did not notice before in the oxblood. I will still say Akro and wait for more opinions that are needed and appreciated. Love it!! Nice marble!! Marble—On!!

Interesting to say the least. It is Akro oxblood imho. Akro made plenty of swirls. Size matters here and more opinions are needed and welcomed. Marble—on!!
