call the shop tomorrow and they'll hold it for ya.

Most dealers will even give you a discount if you ask. I bet the box alone is worth that much. Nice find.

Verdict is in. Asian. Thank all. It is now my favorite Asian marble. LOL -

I show the second picture to refer to the type of marble that my first picture could easily be mistaken for, I do not think my first image shows an asian or marble that was packaged by imperial. I think that marble I took images of and made a collage of sorts of different views of it is not exactly a newer marble, I think it is maybe Vitro. I can see some resemblance in this image from Joes Marbles site. https://marbleconnection.com/joemarbles/1Marble Picture Pages/21Vitro/Vitro 008/1 Vitro Large Pages/The Vitro Agate Company 8-38.html -
This marble has a translucent area which you can probably see and has three other patches on an opaque white base. If it were not for that translucent area it could have easily been junk boxed for one of those Imperial marbles of which I have a bunch of. I would like to know what it is. I do know, for a somewhat not so exciting marble, I sure do like it a lot. Thank you!

Thanks! I feel like I enrolled in either occupational therapy or pre-school. I am keeping the gray base plate that arrived today even though I don't have a single next size up Lego block yet. (shown below with the bag of 200 smaller black blocks) I'll be keeping an eye out for them locally or maybe buy them down the road some time. A yard sale or Craigslist? These two size items are not compatible in any way but I thought they were. The description said they were but what they meant was this knock off brand was compatible with "Lego" brand pieces. A large or small marble will stay put on either size though when centered within any 4 pegs.

This is getting somewhat silly, a little funny. My blocks showed up and the base is arriving later today. After consulting a 6+ year old child Lego engineer, I find I ordered the wrong base plate. The one showing up is for BIGGER lego blocks! Oh, I can use it for sorting and pictures I suppose but I had to order 32 x 32 dot 10x10 inch base plates to work with the much smaller 200 bricks I already received. Then, I realized I needed another 200 pack of blocks so I got 200 gray blocks to add to the 200 black ones. I plan to alternate colors to make it a bit fancy. I am only going to have 8 leftover blocks with the new plan. I ordered 4 base plates since they are flimsy and I already expect they will need support. I think they will stack on top of each other so several stacked will make a strong base. The marbles have will have less elbow room but more opportunity to be placed on the steps in different places. Well, this sure turned out to be an expensive project! New revised plan. Shows the absolute most marbles I would be able to display.

Stephen Bahr would like it in his videos. LOL

I did but the orange on all three are just about the same size as the black. All the other Black Panthers I have are very much mostly black and one small colored side is even larger than the other colored side. Maybe it's a new Black Panther and they are using the Bengal colors. I have not seen these anywhere else yet.

So I forked out $32.00 and am getting 201 pc of Lego which by my estimation will nicely display 115 marbles on a set of 5 black steps which fit on a dark gray base. I had as much fun figuring this out mathematically as I will building it. Anyway, of course I will update this with my image of the display here in the thread when this gets here and is assembled. It will be a good photo background too I hope but if black isn't a good color for pictures, I still think it will still look better than pink or orange in a display cabinet later on. I think it will show off the marbles better too. So here's the stuff I got and here's the plan. Note, I have never built a thing with Legos. Don't laugh . . . . OK you can laff Sideview

This one had me stumped for awhile. I had one example and put it with the Bengal Tigers thinking it might be an unusual design for a tiger but apparently this might be a whole different line. I got two more today out of a Hobby Lobby net bag. Does it have a name? Thanks Each has a evenly spaced and pretty much same size black patch on the sides or poles.

A seagull on the water. Cool.

That's what I titled it at first in my folder as a file so I will leave as such. Thanks Melissa! -

Now I am leaning toward Swamp Thing? -
It looks transparent inside and thin veneered purple and green patches outside. I have not seen either Jabo or Vacor like that. Could it be a Vitro Conqueror?

I tried for at least an hour here looking every place I could think of. I thought maybe Mysterious Girl, Iguana, Commando but none are quite right. These yellow and white swirling ribbons inside of this iridized shooter look like seaweed sort of. Backlit it looks quite yellow. I'm at a loss. Thank you!

Here's a Jabo Double Ingot maybe two 5/8th marbles transforming to a monster of roughly 3/4 inches. (both sides)
