I'm thinking MK CS. IMO of course what do I know? marblemiser broken cork . blue bee
bubba1
pelt....ribbons don't match any MK i have....i think i have a pelt around here with that same "broken cork" pattern...i'll see if i can dig it up.
semdot
Blue bees bring big bucks. It would have to have blue adventurine though, and be in better shape. Still, hard to find those colors. Pelt NLRs are the only ones with that broken cork pattern that I know of.
m!b$
I don't know how single-color ribbons could flip-flop...?
bigtee0
hey, genius, its a blue bee marble king lol
lstmmrbls
if there is white in the bottom of the deep chips it is pure MK. If not, Peltier IMO I am thinking MK or Pelt(LOL)
I'llhavethat1
Independent of blue or black, I've seen some "broken corks" that look like MK's, but I just wondered if it were a blue/yellow Pelt or a black/yellow Pelt. Lol. I don't see a flip flop in the original pic. Marblemiser's far two on the right look more like they could be "broken corks" more than the others (except for Dans). disclaimer: I know less about MK than I think I might know about Pelts, so take it with a grain of salt. machinemades
I am 99.9% sure that is an old style Peltier Blue Bee. Sami
marblemover
what Sami said!
lstmmrbls
I don't think I have ever seen a broken cork MK so I am now with what Sami says. I just wish it didn't look like white in those pops and hits.
1DanS
thanks for the info. no white in it. one of these days i'll have to learn how to use a camera. in-hand, it's not as bad as bad as it looks. it was scanned at 400%. any value left in it as a place holder? thanks. semdot
any value left in it as a place holder? thanks. Oh sure. Keep it until you get another blue bee. They come around every 3 lifetimes or so.
FISHSLAYERMARRBLEGRIFF
Looks like a marble king gone wild. Do a side by side color comparison with a mk cub scout if you have one around. It does look like it is a white based marble,(down in the chips)with veneered color on the surface. Steph
I think the ribbons run deeper than normal MK would. The white parts could be from the scanner. Awfully bright light involved there.
smitty
It is a Peltier, not a Marble King.
feelnmarbleous
I have an old MK that was a bit strange, one of the ribbons went all wacky, the blue doesn't look like any blue ive seen on a MK, but the lighting could be off, i still say 100% Pelt. Here's the whacked out MK on the right.
