akroorka Posted March 23, 2022 Report Share Posted March 23, 2022 These marbles may have been a common find a few years back and they still may be. Once you as a new/or worn out collector, expands into the manufacturing process of this type of marble you will gain a new appreciation for the effort that it takes to produce a most excellent orb such as these. It is quite a complex process, the introduction of several colors to make a patch/veneer type like the ones that I have shown here. Vitro did it quite well—better than most—maybe the very best. Collect what you like and try doing some research into the process, then gain some new found respect for these little addictive orbs.
